Brought in my ms200t and 4 weeks later i got it back. The owner has major attitude issues. I asked to buy a pp100 and the owners answer was youl haft to wait. He was allready helping me, wait for what? So i left instead. Now 3 days later the ms200t i picked up runs hot and horrible. Wont idle or start after hot. Was a brand new rebuild from this winter i will NEVER bring my business back to you guys. I also have let my company know not to go there for any needs what so ever.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! aurora rents is close all my business goes to them now :)

Great place to buy Stihl power equipment. They have all models on hand, and put gas and oil in the saw I bought. They also tensioned the chain and give a once over how to operate it.

Rented a big gas powered string trimmer to tackle the jungle that was once my yard. The guys here were super helpful, and easy to work with. Reasonable pricing too. Would definitely use them again.

Rented a canopy for our wedding, got one small black stain on it and they made us either pay large fee or buy the thing outright at a cost about 3 times what you can get it for at Costco. We ate the cost, washed the stain out and use it, but the terrible memory of pathetic rude customer service lingers. I use Aurora Rents ever since, and no problems.
