Best customer service I've ever experienced! Even though I did not pay extra for any of my items, I would have just for the staff there. I was in 5 different departments, each staff member was amazingly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Kudos to the hiring team! Thank you for my happy/stress free shopping experience!!

First visit. Store was clean and well lit. Employees were friendly and helpful. Thankful they have a decent selection of hockey skates because it's a waste land in this area for them. And buying online without trying on is just asking for trouble.

Great shopping experience! Angie in women's clothing was so helpful. She was friendly and listened when I said I was in a rush and worked to accommodate me. Great store and staff.

Pretty cool store. Kids enjoyed the Farris wheel, I nearly went into vertigo with the height of the ride. Didn't end up buying anything, however, my brother found these rubber wedding rings he thought was the neatest idea yet.

This was our first visit and we were very impressed. It's a combination of Cabela's and Dick's. There was a wide variety of products and many things to do. The employees were very attentive too.

We went here to buy folding chairs but we ended up spending a couple hours looking around. The Ferris wheel is insane. The gear seemed reasonably priced. We loved the huge exotic fish tank.

My family loves Scheels. They carry all of the mainstream Brands and then some. What we like about it most is that you can pretty much find everything you need in one store. As far as price goes there in line with most other retailers but if you find a sale going on you can get some really great bargains. They also have a restaurant inside, food is pretty decent

Hands down the best sporting goods store around. Their selection is incredible, their customer service is amazing, and the building has all kinds of attractions for the whole family

Took my kids there after an early release from school and after visiting Dave and Buster's which is in strange area. There are so many things to look at and very interactive. We rode the ferris wheel which was $1 per person. We walked around and saw all the different departments. In the kids area they can play a game of mini bowl for $1. Finally we stopped at Ginna's cafe. Kids got a large dish of ice cream with m&ms it Reese's it was $1! I had a Starbucks latte which was half price bc of happy hour 4-5pm. They have food, desserts, and a large cozy seating area. By the cafe is a free play place like you would see in a McDonald's. All the staff said hello and were very friendly. This is a nice, clean, fun place to bring the kids and enjoy a few hours.

Great store to go to, the employees are very friendly. It's great to have competition in the area. They have everything but climbing gear and slacklines. Overall I've always enjoyed visiting this store.

Have shopped here many times with my 15 year old son who loves this store. We've gotten football gear, workout clothes, college clothing, team gear, ball caps, shorts, shoes, a pellet gunhe always finds things he likes at Scheels. But they have hunting, fishing, ALL sports clothes and equipment, workout equipment, bbq area, camping, home decor, toys, etc etc. There is a dining area to get a bite to eat, a HUGE ferris wheel in the center of the store (buy cheap tokens at checkouts to ride), tons of stuffed animals on display, a large tropical fish aquarium, 2 lane bowling game for kids and many other games, and more. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Two floors of shopping in large clean store that has quite a selection. Love the sales.

Ryan Casey was an amazing help! Went in looking for a treadmill and he was super polite from the moment he came over to greet us. Stayed with us the entire time he was shopping and even carried our treadmill mat from upstairs to the delivery station to the check out counter. He made casual conversation that wasn't awkward at all, what so ever. This guy definitely deserves a raise for the amazing customer service he provided. Thank you so much, Ryan!!
