Months to get back…. Then wanted almost $500 to fix a tv that’s $700 new.

Fixed it somewhere else for $195.

I took a circuit board into them to have analyzed to see if they could repair it, they were very courteous and prompt to respond, left my part there, they removed the bad relay and had it back to me the next day, I highly recommend them for any service you may need with electronics!!

Took my stereo there for repair was only playing sound on one side. Took weeks to repair and paid over $500 . Picked up and was not fixed. 4 trips and 3 monthsTook back 4 times to get it right. Got home plugged in an still not fixed.
Beware. I will not return or recommended
Every time I picked up said it was fixed but wasn't.

I was charged $35 to diagnose a dark screen on a 65" TCL TV and was quoted an additional $275 for replacement of LEDs and voltage regulator for a total of $310. I decided to take it elsewhere that quoted me $150-175 for the same parts. But when they diagnosed it for free I was told that the LEDs and regulator were fine that the screen itself went bad and it wasn't worth repairing. So I decided to buy a new 75" for $550 plus tax. I don't think this guy at S&J knows what he's doing and his prices are outrageous. A new TCL 65" cost $500 and he wanted 2/3 of that for repairs which were not going to solve the problem.
