Do not waist your money with this company. They charged me twice for one service. They don't answer the phone, I've been calling them for a week straight and was on hold 30 plus minutes each time. The only time I got through was on a Saturday and the person told me no refunds but try calling back on Monday and still no answer. I've left several emails and still no responses. I think it is very unprofessional to not answer calls or emails. But when it came to taking my money the emails were flying in. Don't waste your money here it's not worth it

Went in at 7:30 am, expecting to open their doors for service at 8 am. They arrived 9:30 am and even when the guy, named Steven Bradley, came in as the first employee, he said and I quote, "I am busy and have things to do in the morning, come back later and I can help you."

I am amazed at the level of customer service; we had all the documents needed and he even said it would takes MINUTES to process it, but they came extremely late and did not help us at all. Never using their service even if they paid me.
