After 20 yrs, I had new windows installed. The work started on time and the installer Eric Willis did a great job. All the junk was cleaned/removed. We are very happy with the work.Thanks.

Unprofessional, sloppy, did not clean up properly, windows are not all fitted properly, putting Kleenex in front of them, my 1940 windows were just as effective. Screens left in rooms and not installed. My fault I let them talk me into installation when I was not home. Would not listen to my ideas. Would not recommend, they are not any more economical than other quality places in town.

We used RWT Windows for both new windows in our home and then the installation of a new front door. We couldn't be more pleased with our product and with Rick and his team. They are friendly, professional and all around outstanding. I would recommend RWT to anyone considering new windows or front doors.

Rick and Mary have been taking care of family for about 20 years with window replacements. That is two houses for me, one house for my mother, and one house for my uncle. Plus my friends.
My patio doors are my favorite, could be because I open them the most, and they glide right open and have a solid feel. I love it when a visitor opens the door and gives me a compliment on my door.

Our experience with RWT in the 90's was perfect. They replaced all of our windows in one day and you could not tell they have even been here.
Everything was spotless when they left because we were not home
Did not have to dust or clean anything.
Rick is super and knows and does his job and his crew follows his lead.
I am about to use him again and have no worries about his work.
We developed a problem in one window after 20 years and he will be out shortly to
repair or replace the window. Worried? Not me. Things break or fail on everything
but he is the window guy to fix the problem. So dependable and prices are perfect.
