Great selection of cards and gifts.

wasn’t a totally bad experience, got some great gifts for family. However when I walked in I immediately felt unwelcomed. I greeted both the cashier and a woman who looked like the manager and just got a nod back.. that and the store looked like a mess and they were just standing around chatting. Lawnside has employees with better attitudes.

Beautiful Store, Horrible Staff. Few times lately i found them standing around talking to each other while I am waiting for them to ring me up. When I said something, "Can i get someone to ring me up" They became extremely rude to me. Actually while my hand was out for the change, they laid it on the counter instead of handing to me. Won't be shopping there anymore!!!

This is the worst customer service . That have no people skills. Cheryl is the manager and she allowed her employer Anne to treat us so badly. Until they get new mgt and a new team I will not return. I am a platinum member with hallmark but this store will not see any more of my business . I have also called corporate to get in contact with the owner to voice my concerns. Pls be wary before going to this hallmark in West Berlin in the shoprite plaza . I had a box with a 100 ornament pushed at me today physically because we asked for a new bag , she gave us one that was ripped and then said I have a line . She also told Cheryl the mgr if that's what you call her that she just can't take us anymore and Cheryl agreed instead of taking ownership of the situation. There is plenty more but just so you have an idea. My mother is 70 and was so upset by this whole instance. WORST EXPERIENCE !

The store itself was fine, but one of the older employees was very condescending to the employee ringing me up. It was very unnecessary, I'll never go back to this Hallmark.
