    Said the best they could do was 280.00 a month for a lease they advertised for 149.00 on line. When I questioned the sales man, he tried to pull up a completely different website than their own. Went to a different dealership and they did 208.00 which included tax. Same model. I would just watch what price they are giving you. Make sure they are not screwing you over.

    I had an awesome experience buying a car from here. The sales staff was incredible to work with, and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dale set my appointment up initially when I inquired online, and I worked with a sales associate named Edy who was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I also worked with the sales managers Jacob, Nic, and Alex. They went the extra mile, literally, to make sure that I got the exact car that I wanted in the color that I needed. It was my first time buying a car on my own, and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy a car here!

    WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! After looking at several other options at different dealerships I was over the whole car buying experience. Then I walked in to Mazda & was given the red carpet treatment. Jarred G. was such a sweetheart of a salesman & even called me to check on me a few days after my purchase. Nic D. the new car manager looked over my finance application & got me a great payment. Alex B. in finance did all the paperwork with us & was so fast. Literally everyone was so attentive when we came in that I was flabbergasted & wished I’d come here in the first place. Even the lot attendant said hi & told us he’d get my car cleaned up right away. Overall, from start to finish we were there less than an hour. This is how the car buying process should work! I left with a lease on my 2017 base model Mazda6 that I got a screaming deal on with payments that I could afford & they never tried to bump me to higher payments. I will recommend these guys to everyone!!! I wasn’t into Mazda before but these gentlemen have made me a huge fan, what amazing treatment!

    Jarred was very helpful. He’s transparent and upfront about his job. Easy to work with and great help from start to finish. I highly recommend working with him. All staff was friendly and efficient. I have no complaints about my experience.

    Purchasing a vehicle from Russ Darrow Mazda in Greenfield was a great experience from the start. After first inquiring online about a vehicle, I was contacted very quickly to go over any additional questions I had and to setup a meeting with a sales consultant. I was able to meet with Ron the next day, and he was fantastic to work with. Ron is very laid back and much different than other cars salesmen that I've met with at other car makers' dealerships. He was very patient with me and took the time to go on multiple test drives with cars that had different features so that I could see what I would really want in a car. The whole time is he wasn't over-the-top or pushy with the deals they had going on at the time or how the car I was considering is better than all of the competitors'. After the test drives, he worked with my on my trade-in to get a good price on it and also helped me get the car I wanted with all of the features I wanted at a good price. In addition to Ron, Jason in the finance department was great to work with as well and also very laid back. Both of these guys are great to work with and will help you with your car buying experience. While I plan on keeping this car for a while, I will definitely go back to Ron in the future!

    I had a1:30 appointment for an oil change that included a 17 point inspection. I arrived at 1:20 pulled into the express oil change lane. I had ask how much for synthetic rather than conventional oil and was quoted $39.95. While I checked in my car was moved to the side and another car was placed behind the changing station.
    After completing paper work I wandered the show room. Though I saw 4 sales people at their desks, no one got up to greet me. Eventually some one coming out of the restroom did ask if I was being helped. I did have some questions about the MX5 and he did answer them.
    I started to wonder how long it would take at 2:24 and walked back to the service desk. Two service reps were working on my paper work. Everything was completed 2:33

    Great experience at Russ Darrow Mazda. My salesperson Cindy Brown was phenomenal. She was friendly, nice and super honest with me. Thank you so much for taking all the time with me to help get what I really wanted. You were patient and helpful in every way. I will tell everyone who needs a car to definitely come and see you!!!! Thank you again love my new truck.

    Ross Darrow Mazda is great! I received great help from one the workers, her name Cindy Chang. Although I didn’t personally buy a car there, but she helped me with all the questions I had possible, found different vehicles that would suit my needs best and was very patient. She did not rush me on My choices, she gave me time to think. She is very kind, really sweet and seems down to earth! If I wanted to, I would have bought those 3 cars she showed me in a day! Very well spoken and knowledgeable about the vehicles!

    I had a great experience at Russ Darrow in Greenfield! Bobbi, our service rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came to Russ Darrow for the sole purpose of fixing my manufactor recalled airbags.
    While we were there, i asked if they had specials on tires; as I desperately needed them. Bobbi called me to let me know the specials and the savings beating out a different business I was going to go back to.
    During the tire installation, the mechanic also found a broken lug screw and missing lug nut and called to let me know it could be fixed with a simple confirmation. I was so happy when my car was finished. The cashier was very cheerful, even at the end of a long day! They even washed my car for me!

    My husband and I bought out our leased Honda and had it stolen from our home a week later. This forced us to start car shopping once again which is typically a process we dread. We spent a long day visiting with car salesman that were more interested in selling any car than working with us to meet our needs. Finally we came into Russ Darrow Mazda! We were blown away with the two gentlemen that helped us (Pat and Jason), and their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they give us an insane deal understanding we had a small budget, but they worked to get us the exact car we were looking for. Their customer service was so great we not only replaced my husbands stolen car, but I ended up trading in my car as well to get a second brand new vehicle. We will absolutely keep our business with Mazda just because of these Jason and Pat!

    I purchased two Mazda CX5's at this dealer. I only take the vehicle to the Greenfield Store Service Department for service. I have owned many new vehicles, but my Service Coordinator, Bobbie is phenomenal. No matter what the reason, she will find a way to get me in if needed. Her professionalism and personal interaction is greatly appreciated. The crew who completes the oil changes and general maintenance are fast and very nice. I usually hate going in for the routine checks and maintenance, but Bobbie and her crew make it fun and deliver superior service. Thanks Bobbie.

    I have taken my Mazda in faithfully since purchasing it from another dealer and THOUGHT I had a good relationship with the service department. In my most recent visit, I was estimated to have nearly $2000 worth of work that needed to be done including front brakes, alignment, new tires, and multiple filters, as well as a coolant flush. I asked them to prioritize the work and moved forward per their recommendation with new front brakes and rear brake work , knowing that $1100 for tires is ridiculous and asked for a written estimate of remaining recommended work. I took my car to another shop and got tires for nearly half that price with a 70k mile warranty. The second shop indicated my coolant was not "brown" and that it would be fine until the manufacturer recommended mileage (which is 50,000 more miles). In addition, 3 days after my work was completed at Russ Darrow, a grinding noise started at my R rear wheel; I attributed it to something with the new tires as they had been installed that day. I took the car back to the tire place and they inspected and told me that it is something with my rear brakes. When I informed them I had just 3 days prior had my car serviced at the dealership and showed them my paperwork, I was recommended to return to the dealership. No where in my paperwork does it indicate that any further rear brake work was recommended. I took the car to a second independent place without providing any back story. They concurred that the noise was related to rear brakes. I am will likely buying a new Mazda CX-5 because I love mine and will need an additional vehicle for business; but This experience has made me come to the conclusion I won't' be buying it from Russ Darrow. Disappointed.😕

    I just recommended Russ Darrow to a friend. She is going to give you a try. The big selling point for us is the number of capable women working in the shop. The women at the service desks are talented and have amazing customer service skills. They have assisted with my car problems twice now. I highly recommend them for their commitment to solving my car issues. I am also thrilled to have a talented female mechanic working on my car. Way to go Russ Darrow!

    The complete buying encounter at this Russ Darrow car lot was made painless and stress free. The team assisted us get the right price and financing on the vehicle we wished for. My spouse like their approach and they were able to answer all of my questions.

    From beginning to close, the Russ Darrow crew made my 1st truck purchasing adventure one that my spouse will never forget about. I personally never had the encounter of working with such a knowledge, qualified, charismatic crew. They took the time to walk me through the total car purchase process, and made themselves available anytime to resolve all my questions and issues. I personally can't thank the Russ Darrow squad enough for all their aid.

    My wife and my partner and I had a wonderful encounter shopping for my modern vehicle at Russ Darrow. The sales person I worked with was enjoyable, knowledgeable, and calm. My wife and my spouse did not feel pushed to get anything and he assisted with my decision making. I felt he was there to make my buying experience a awesome one and cared about my suggestions. My valuable experience with the finance department was rather helpful my partner and I felt very ideal leaving the vehicle lot with the price and price that my partner and my partner and I got.
