Sales and service has been very good. They go the extra mile offering pickup and delivery for maintenance. This makes it very convenient. While your at work, your vehicle gets serviced saving you time out of your day.

I would like to say thanks to Eli he went out of his way to make sure that we got the car we wanted. He was never pushy on selling us a car. I looked at a lot of different places for cars and they all tried to get you to buy something before you left, But with Eli he wanted to make sure we were really happy with what we were looking for or he could find it for us and he did. So if your looking for a vehicle with no pushy salesman and someone who cares about you not just the sale of a car then stop at Wheelers in Medford and see Eli you won't be disappointed. Thanks Eli

We have been customers of local Chevrolet dealers for many years. We
always appreciated the best service. This time we would say the service
was outstanding. Eli made us feel comfortable and was fun to work with.
He made sure all our needs were taken care of, from trade in to canceling
serius XM radio to notifying our insurance agent of our new vehicle.
We would strongly recommend Eli to all our friends and family.

Eli answered all of our questions and took his time each time we showed up. We had 1000 questions and he went above and beyond the call of duty. We are so pleased with Eli and our new Silverado purchase. Thank you Wheeler's Chevrolet of Medford.

I was in the market to trade in my truck for a more fuel efficient vehicle. I saw a used vehicle that was within my price range online and decided to stop in and check it out. Eli and staff were very helpful in helping me make my decision. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

This is our second time of purchasing a new vehicle at Wheelers and we were very pleased both times. They made it very easy for us--Eli this time and Nat the first time. Dan also was very helpful in the process, as was Russ, who worked to get us a good interest rate. Friendly, courteous and all were oh, so helpful--a great team. I'm thankful that they took the time, both times, to show us every option on the car, not just before and during the sale, but also AFTER. Thank you, and hope to return again.

I Just purchased a used 2017 Buick Lacrosse from the Wheelers team. I have to say its been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Nat and the team treated me fairly and took care of everything quickly. The whole experience took under 2 hours from trade in, to back on the road in a new vehicle. Nicely done guys. I'll will certainly be back.

I purchased a 2011 Malibu from Wheelers a week ago and love it!! I received a very reasonable trade in price for my 1997 Ranger. Nat Ember was the salesperson who helped me and he was very patient with me- I am technologically challenged so he had his hands full. I was dreading having to go through buying a vehicle as it had been 20 years since I bought my truck. I have to say this was pain free. Thanks Nat- I appreciate all your help.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received at the Wheelers Chevrolet of Medford dealership. The service team kept me up to date with the on going work on my vehicle, parts that needed to be ordered, and estimated completion time. I also received a nice loan vehicle while the service was being performed, free of charge.
The above things may seem like standard practice at a GM dealership, but what set them apart, was that they provided the parts and labor for my Malibu free of charge, even though my vehicle's warranty had recently expired. This was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I had ever had. PERIOD!
I was ready to go into Battle like past auto purchases I have been through, but from the time I walked into the door I was treated with respect and utmost courtesy.
Great friendly Staff. Very helpful, NO Pressure and made me aware of all options available to me and answered any questions I had in detail.
