  I requested a black widow off a reference photo, I was asked for a google outline… Besides also having a heavy hand, I got butchered by artist Rudy Alvarado. If you can’t recreate the tattoo for the client, don’t do it all. Rudy did not communicate and I wish I was turned away. I suggest having better communication? I was not spared from this embarrassment and I have to invest for a cover up. This is truly such a hassle.

  I was recommended by a friend to come here for supplies. I bought a box of 18G piercings needles for $40(which was ridiculous). The box should have 100 needles in it. The employee was inattentive and rude, she seemed absolutely annoyed by having to help me. I was told by the employee that it was a brand new box. Fast forward to getting to my place of employment, and there are only 84 needles in the box. When I called, the same employess(a girl with dark hair and glasses) was absolutely rude on the phone. She refused to refund in any sort of way and continued to tell me “she was trying to help me” by telling me I needed to drive all the way back to exchange the box and wouldn’t offer any partial refund or anything. More than anything I’m disappointed this place has such “great” reviews and the employee was absolutely rude. 10/10 I don’t recommend. Apparently at this business customer service is nonexistent for this place.

  Agreed to get 4x2 and was told 3x3 desired was not doable. Went in for group tattoo and after looking closely, I am not very happy at the end of it all for all 3 of us. Imagined it to be simple and clean. It's very unfortunate as it had sentimental value. Gave a 2 because the atmosphere was very friendly.

  First time my daughter got a piercing it was awesome . Second go round I got two piercing in my bottom lip not so happy. One turned out awesome no pain the other one she told me she hit a blood bump. It kept bleeding all day.. I had to take that one out. My money wasted . But I'm still happy for the other one..

  My husband and I got matching tattoos. We went in to get a price quote and ended up getting the tattoos. Place was clean. Prices were great. They even had free snacks and water. Rudy did our tattoos and he did an amazing job. Definitely going back.
