Staff is very friendly and kind. Any changes that I wanted done were with out any hesitation. I highly recommend this funeral home.

I would give zero if I could. When we went to the church to hold service the manager Sandra or Sandy gave the father of the church the wrong name of the passed relative, the wrong place and the wrong time of the service. So she made him look like a fool. She only apologized once not even looking the family in the eye and said that it was ‘okay’. Also they passed out little mementos of our relative and if you wanted a laminated version it was $5. I Bought 3. One was crooked and the paper was coming out. And the others had pieces of hair in them. They could at least put a little effort into it. At some points it felt rushed.

If only I could give zero stars. Staff were cold and unfriendly. They constantly look like you're a bother to them, more so when you ask for tissues. Staff made unsavory comments WHILE WE WERE STILL THERE! Staff member complained "Yeah I need to clean all that up" to a late night helper (who was dressed in pjamas). If I could have chosen a different funeral home to handle my tia's burial, believe me I would have.
