I called to ask if I could swing by and see my step mom. Was told she wasn’t ready . Funny family said they got to see her . Secretary Said director was to busy to take my call . I told Her I don’t live in town .
But I was in the area if I could please swing by to see her 1 Last time .ill make it real quick. I feel the secretary was very rude and she talked to me like I was a bother no sympathy at all . Sorry oh well. That’s how It Works. Im in a business that we deal with customers and we don’t treat people like That and shame on you for the way you treated Me On the phone. I wouldn’t ever use this funeral service ever again . I hope someone treat’s you the way you treated me. Im appalled with the way you treated me.
The most professional care and attention to detail, in all areas of our loved one! Thank you Stephen and the entire staff for ‘going the extra mile’ seeing that the pre-funeral process and service went so smoothly.
When my husband passed away in 2021, Andreason’s handled everything with care and respect. Everything they charged me was reasonable, I brought my own urn and necklaces in and they filled them for me. They allowed me to have my mother communicate on my behalf. I felt this was one area where I didn’t have to stress.
We also used Andreason’s over the years for both of my grandparents and my two uncles, and each time was a good experience.
Hands down the best people to help you when you're already going through a hard time. My daughter passed away in 2019, they were very caring and understanding. Fast forward to 2022 I needed her ashes to be separated into two urns and they were the best
(From the family)
My sister passed away on 7-29-22 at the hospital and was then transferred to Andreason's funeral home. She has been there ever since and the funeral home has claimed she has been abandoned by the family. (Absolutely not true) we had an appointment with them and was going over everything. They also told us at the beginning that the cremation service would be a certain price and then at the appointment it was well over $1000 more than what they quoted us, and the reason was they told us in a round about way was because her BMI was TOO high and she would have to be transported to portland for the service.😡 I called a couple other funeral homes for a second opinion and they said that was absolutely NOT true. This is not what a family wants to hear and go through in a time of grief. I also want to bring to attention while in our appointment there was a man who needed an accessible door to get through with his wheelchair the door was located in the same room the family was in.The family was going over things and was rudly interrupted, why couldn't they have put us in a different room? This was all handled VERY poorly and I would suggest anyone needing arrangements to please think twice about doing business with them. NOBODY should have to be told that they have to pay extra cause the person is over weight that us absolutely ridiculous!
