Worse than I imagined a car-buying experience could be. Salesmen (I worked with two) were manipulative and wasted my time, forcing me to make multiple long-distance visits to the dealership where nothing went as planned. I was never quite sure if it was intentional or just incompetence, but frustrating either way. Finance was downright shady, tried to tell me that the "attorney general wouldn't allow them" to take my credit union financing. Magically, after I walked away, they were fine with that option, but could never explain to me why the answer changed. So many answers changed, constantly.

Bottom line: avoid dealing with them if you can, and if you can't, do your research and be prepared or you will be taken advantage of.

I would also note that I have provided feedback directly to management via multiple channels and they have not responded in any way, so I can only conclude that they didn't see anything they would do differently in this situation.

The staff here goes out of their way to be friendly & they are very knowledgeable. This is my third trip to the dealership since I moved here this year, and everyone has always seemed to be happy and very helpful. I loved the fact that they vacuumed my car & cleaned my windows. It's the little things!

We traded in our Xterra for a Highlander abut a week ago. Wes was very helpful, infomative, and not pushy. He made sure we were comfortable with the car and that both my husband and I liked it. Wes answered all the questions we had. We also worked with Micki in the finance department. She was great and explained the paperwork well. Really good customer service at Ruddell!

Car given dirty, promise of a car wash when plates are put on. No one around to help. Monica assisted us, she was welcoming and friendly. I originally gave a 3 star rating but Monica made it a 4 star experience.

The BEST customer service around! I work 9-5, Monday - Friday so I can never bring my car in for an oil change. Since I work 5 minutes away they come pick up my car, service it, and drop it off! They are fast, nice, and always going above and beyond with their service! They surprise me each visit with how personal and nice they are! I would definitely recommend their quick lube service!

Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful. They made sure that we got what we wanted and we left extremely happy.
Howie the owner and Guy Mitchell the manager are very easy going and pleasant to speak with. They both went above and beyond. They are the definition of customer service, and genuinely make you feel that you are the customer with zero pressure whatsoever. Dale Turton was on top of everything as well, making sure all wireless and technology features were hooked up and ready to go.
I would like to say thank you to the Service and Parts departments as well. They did a top notch job getting everything prepped.
I would definitely recommend Ruddell Auto to anyone in the market for any new GM vehicle. Thank you again everyone!

Was sold a used car for a premium price. Over the last few months it's obvious the truck was in an accident and someone poorly covered it up and sold it as OK. Poor cover-up paint job is peeling, junkyard paint pen on front suspension was found when rotating my tires. Easily visible undecairrage was painted black but everything hard to see is extremely rusted. Either the 134 point inspection wasn't actually completed or they sold it as pristine knowing they were taking advantage. Don't trust them.

I chose to shop locally. I purchased a used car from them, and when I got it home, my son noticed a small tear in the sidewall of the tire. I had already signed my papers and accepted the car with no warranties or work promised. However, I called and spoke with one of their managers, and they agreed to split the cost of a new tire and alignment with me. I thought this was great. If I had gone to a bigger dealership in Seattle, they would have just told me that I was on own

However, Ruddell did not actually follow through with this. They have given me the run around, never returned my calls, and I have finally purchased tires on my own. My faith was misplaced. It's really sad that they didn't keep their promises. So, I have lowered the rating for this business and we will go elsewhere next time!
