I have been looking for a new car for 3 months and it has been absolutely stressful and disappointing. Most dealerships start with an astronomically high interest rate just to see if you would bite but NOT these guys. They actually brought the lowest rate the first time and this I believe is the reason why: they actually care about their customers. They wanted what was best for the customer, NOT the dealership like 99.9% of all the ones out there. I ended up buying a lower model for the price and they offered to put leather in at an AMAZING price which in a sense made the model jump up a trim which was OUTSTANDING. They were so helpful and relational. The anxiety that usually comes with buying a car and always coming in with "your dukes up" was not the case here. There were a couple non negotiable things they I wanted to fix and without a bat of an eye, they fixed it on their dime. To sum it up, if you go there, make sure you work with Grant Williams in Sales and Rick Hoover, the Sales Manager, and Judy the Finance Manager. This trio was a dream team from Heaven! Even though this dealership is TWO HOURS away, it is so worth it. We will be buying all our cars through this dealership. Thank you Wilder Toyota!!

Recently bought a car here and my mom, my step dad and I all LOVED our sales guy, John Lawler. He was so nice and friendly and really made car buying a pleasant experience for us! He didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary and he listened to everything that we had to say or ask and he was incredibly patient as well as thorough when showing us the features of the car. I would definitely recommend Wilder to a friend and I would definitely come back!

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences that i have ever had. Zach Wadsworth was loads of help, he listen to what i was looking for and helped me find the the vehicle that i have always wanted. he was very good about giving me what i wanted and not what he thought i wanted or being pushy about a vehicle that was only part of what i was looking for. IF you go to wilder auto ASK FOR ZACH!!!!!! O and you cant forget Kelly O'mera he is really awesome. He is proficient at making the process very pain free, this is not the first car that Kelly has helped me purchase and every time he gives me the best deal out there i am always surprised and happy with what he gives me.

I loved Toyota Wilder in Port Angeles ,I thought Shawn Gillian was an awesome salesmen he treated me very well and made me feel like I was taken care of and he went out of his way to try to make me feel comfortable with my purchase I was very impressed by his attentive and caring nature. I hadn't bought a new car in 25 years and Scott Catterson and Wilder made the buying experience FUN! I was introduced to everyone in the dealership and treated so well by everyone. It's genuinely sincere, not treated like some random customer.

It all started when I asked if the Toyota model I was interested in could be brought to me for a test drive (20 minute drive) and absolutely. I wanted to drive it where I know the area and not where the dealership is.

Wilder wants you happy. They succeeded with me. :)

Wilder Toyota is an amazing! I have purchased several vehicles from them over several years and I have always had a great experience. Their staff in sales, service, and parts are all pleasant and knowledgeable. I trust that when I deal with them I not only will be satisfied in the end but that they will work to get me exactly what I want for the price I want to pay. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else in Port Angeles!
