I needed to get payoff on my vehicle. The appraisal of my vehicle was less then payoff. This was the only dealership that gave me payoff for mine. Salesmen, Loan Officer, General Mgr., and owner were all super nice and very helpful. The experience was well worth it. From now on my family will deal with Rogersville Chevrolet.

Bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata there. Went in today for one of my free oil changes. Didn't ask for a tire rotation but the lady at the service center told me she couldn't do a tire rotation because I had to buy 2 new tires. So what happened to the free tire rotation Demetrius promised me? I guess they lie to their customers. I know where not to buy my next car. And I'll be making sure none of my friends or family shop there either.

Best experience I've ever had. Josh was so understanding and very easy to deal with. Also I work third shift and they understood that I was very tired and offered several times for me just to go home with the car and come back when it was more convenient for me to do all the paperwork. Rogersville really is the best dealership if you want to feel like the care.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!!
I have been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for months and found Rogersville Jeep in car gurus online. Living in Sevier county I was skeptical driving over an hour out of my way to see what they had to offer. I called and talked to Frank the sales manager. He offered me a great price on a brand new Jeep over the phone. I decided to go check it out the next morning and was very pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by Josh our sales person and Frank the sales manager. They were both very welcoming. They had the Jeep cleaned and ready to test drive. When we returned and went over paperwork every single thing was exactly what Frank quoted me on the phone. Josh was very helpful and personable as well. He made sure we understood everything and took us for a test drive. He made us aware of questions we wouldn’t have asked in our own which was above and beyond our expectations. Dwayne took care off all of our paperwork and explained everything perfectly. He was very informative and personable as well. Chris the owner of the dealership also made us feel at home. The entire sales staff is top notch and I would definitely recommend this dealership to ANYONE no matter where you live. I literally felt like a person and not a pay check and that is sometimes hard to find at a car dealership. This was overall an outstanding experience from the first phone call to driving my brand new Jeep off the lot. This dealership is a cut above their competitors, you will not be disappointed! I appreciate everyone at Rogersville Jeep and thank them all again for the hospitality they have shown us!!!!

Best car purchasing experience of my life. I gave them my budget up front and there was no coming back with something $100+ over my budget. In fact, they were right at my monthly request and asked for a down payment LESS than the amount I told them I had for a down payment. The best part is that I got a brand new car!!! I never once felt like they were trying to ring me for every dollar they could. They listened, respected my current situation and got me exactly what I was looking for. My expectations were exceeded on every level. I most certainly will return to Rogersville for my next car purchase next year when we buy my wife a new minivan. Great people who are genuinely there to help.

I drove here from Seattle to visit my family. I was concerned about my SUV's ability to make it back home after hearing my brakes squeaking. I brought it here to be checked. The service was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for! They took plenty of time to listen and addressed every issue that concerned me. Everything was explained to me in an easy to understand manner. Awesome service! Good mechanics are hard to find and I highly recommend them!!!!
