  NOT Reliable at all. They will not show up and the funny thing is that they’ll tell you “It’s not your fault” when you call them. I don’t even know what that means! You didn’t show up to pick up my mom so IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDN’T SHOW UP!!!!

  Royal transported my 90-year-old mother from Hiawatha, IA to Washington State. They picked her up and drove straight through to WA state. She needed oxygen and complete care. Kudos to Royal!!! Excellent.

  I have Requested Royal's services several times in the past for our seniors at our facility. The drivers are really helpful and use all equipment safely. All the drivers and the owner Lana, are always on top of things. Drivers are always friendly and make the seniors feel comfortable and make it a smooth ride to their appointment . This company goes above and beyond for their customers I will definitely continue to request for their services, I highly recommended Royal transportation.

  My 96 year old mothe is in a rest home. She had a doctor's appointment on Dec 12, 2018 at 3pm. The Royal driver was supposed to arrive at 2pm, transport me and my mom to the doctors office about 12 miles away, wait during the appointment, and transport us back to the nursing home. After repeated calls from the nursing hpme, the driver arrived at.2:50. He assured me we could make it to the appointment in 10.min. The nursing home called the Dr. to inform her that we would be a little lateno more than 10 min. We arrived at the appointment at 3:20. The driver received a call from his office and told me he had another client and to call back when we needed to be picked up!! (He was supposed to wait !) Because of the delay, the doctor was only able to see my mother for 10 min before her next apppintment. The apppintment was over at approx 3:35 When I called back for a pick up, I was told it would.be 40 min.!! After several follow up calls to Royal, (I was given different driver names and different estimated arrival times). When I spoke with the owner and told her my mother was 96 years old, sick and couldn't sit up in her wheelchair much longer. Her response was "traffic is bad this time of day" the driver, who was very nice and the ONLY one from Royal who apologized for the service, arrived at 5:10. Lousy service!!

  Royal Medical Transpiration has been a blessing to drive my Mom to dentist several times a year and outings when my sister's come to visit from out of town.
  It is such a treat to take Mom out for a drive, lunch etc. As she is in skilled nursing. Royal is always accommodating, on time and allows us to request our favorite driver. Very simply put, my Mom would not have a life outside her nursing home if it wasn't for Royal Medical Transportation! Yes it is at a cost but reasonable compared to other companies.
  Our ability and opportunity to do this for Mom and family is simply priceless!
