Went to a concert to see one of my favorites. The performer was amazing, the venue was horrible. The bathrooms were old and they weren't enough located around the facility on each level. The acoustics in the venue are so bad that the sound engineers are constantly readjusting the sound to give the artist the best quality performance. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. It isn't worth the premium cost for a horrible location. The seats are stacked on top if each other and there isn't a lot of space and/or legroom.
The concession stand staff was really nice. I felt safe in the venue and security was around for any needs.

Baltimore's premiere space for concerts and events and such. I walk by it everyday but I have only been inside twice in the last year. I attended WWE Extreme Rules 2017 and it was awesome. The seats I had were not ideal but the price was right. The soda I had was pricey but it was as big as my head. The staff helped me find my seat quickly and kept everybody from acting out. Skip traffic and hit the light rail if you are going to see a show.

I recently had the pleasure of attending two concerts at The Royal Farms Arena. I found the security staff to be very helpful but not overbearing. Seats were comfortable and the sound system was excellent. Hopefully, an improvement is made for better viewing of the stage for seating sections that are in line with and behind the stage.

This Place hosts many events, like concerts, sports games and Monster jams. It is a great place to spend your day at and enjoy whatever may be there. the facilities are clean and easy to use. The food is expensive as well as all other items they sell across the whole arena. I would suggest bringing your own food and drinks rather than buy them there.

The arena is a decent event space. This particular time we visited to see Disney on Ice. They desperately needed additional ticket windows open. And the bathrooms could use an update and cleaning. The view and show itself was good.

Small, outdated arena for a big city. The seats are very uncomfortable. The concessions are mediocre at best. This could be best compared to the Santander Arena in Reading, PA or the old Kemper Arena in Kansas City, MO, both of which are substantially better than this old place. They do get some good acts but Baltimore, it is time for something that is a bit more modern than this almost 60 year old relic.

1st time coming to baltimore, as an adult anyway. The show was amazing. The staff was awesome but we not coming back. We left itching and scratching. Not sure what kind of bugs they got in there but being someone's entree was a problem for me. Outside of that had an awesome time.

I liked that it was small and intimate but the steps on the 300 level are very steep and without guard rails. You almost need a Sherpa to assist you to your seats. A few people lost their footing. Sound was decent but the seats were probably installed 2,000 years ago when the average height and weight of people were 5'4" and 112lbs. Yoga class is recommended before sitting in the seats.

The arena itself is good and happy that they are bringing big groups to the city. I have a big problem and a complaint which I will bring to the city's attention (MTA Bus driver almost hit my family and yelling at us while the pedestrian walk sign was in our favor). My other big problem is that I spent $825, yes do I need to repeat $825 for Neil Diamond tickets. I went to the Royal Farms Arena website and it directed me to Vivid Seats. Bought the tickets in March and I thought everything was fine. Ah Think again, the tickets I bought were for section 228, good seats and low with an awesome straight up view. I thought this is going to a Birthday to remember, we'll it is. Not knowing the sections of the arena I looked at my $825 ticket.. Section 228, row Q There is no ROW Q.. I called Vivid Seats with no live person to answer my questions. I then sent them a message via email and I told them I just printed my tickets and my seats of which I paid $825 for were not right. Vivid Seats said "Read The Fine Print" (Fumed)..
Going back on the Royal Farms Arena website, I found my $825 seats still available. Hum. My lawyer friend told me how this works. The section 228 will always be open for top dollar and they will move the person paying the top dollar to section 223 or 219.
Corruption at is best.
I was taken and Highly recommend " Nobody Buys Off Vivid Seats". If the arena site takes you there, go to a different site.

So upset Royal Farms Arena and Vivid Seats can do this.

Nice arena. I watched Ringling bros circus, it was awesome. Only concern is there is very less gap between 2 rows and if somebody comes late it is diffucult to get to their seats. Mostly others have to come out to let them in. Otherwise it is very good. Staff are very helpful in directing you for your seats and any other help.

I've been here several times for different events and it has always been fantastic. The venue is very clean and well organized. It's also set up perfectly such that the crowds don't become overwhelming when it comes to moving around.

If you are going to a concert, try to get seats on the floor or those located from the side middle to the back for the best views. Side seats that look like they are closer to the stage, may actually be blocked by stage decorations and have limited views of the performer. We sat in section 213 and could see just fine.

I'm glad we have an arena here, but the biggest issue is that they fail to attract many big acts. It's mostly for Disney on Ice and Monster Trucks, as far as I can tell. The arena itself feels a bit dated, but it is clean and there's plenty of adjacent parking. There's plenty of food and drink vendors inside, too, so there's no need to eat before your event.

I like the actual venue inside. I've enjoyed every event that I've been to at Royal Farms Arena. However, I think that there could be some improvement with organization. Not sure if this is something Royal Farms Arena can control, but it took a LONG time to find parking. Almost every parking garage was full or super expensive. I think this was also because of the baseball game that was happening at the same time. I just wish there was some sort of solution to parking in that area. Also, there was no organization in the venue. There was no one there in the actual concert area checking tickets or making sure people were where they were supposed to be. People were taking other people's seats, moving from one area to another, etc. At Verizon Center they have people in each section to guide people to the correct seat. It's a good venue but the organization lacks.
