Wow, what an amazing service and workmanship from Gary and Mike. Nothing but utterly professional, curious, yet approachable.

First, they arrives having actually read the notes (and there were many ) I left on a service request! A rarity, in my experience, that sets the bar high right away.

We have a really complicated issue with our HVAC system that many have attempted to resolve multiple times over the last two years.

Gary took as much time and effort as was necessary, and was patient to explain the troubleshooting step-by-step. He listened attentively to all the information we had to offer and took it all seriously - a refreshing display of respect and consideration.

Gary and Mike were very transparent and honest about what could be realistically done and didn’t promise anything they couldn’t deliver. On top of that, they treated our property with care (no leftover trash or having to cleanup!)

For the time being the issue appears to have been fixed, but if we decide to replace our HVAC system in a near future, we won’t go anywhere else ☺️

Everyone we worked with at Davis Ford was excellent, especially our main contact Gary. He helped us determine the best, most efficient, and most aesthetically pleasing way to install high efficiency heating and cooling into a 100 year old house.

The communication was great. Gary was transparent about challenges and quick to come up with great solutions. He and his team were friendly, professional, and absolutely went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly, neatly, and on schedule.

We're really happy with the service we received and can wholeheartedly recommend Davis Ford.

I have used Davis Ford Mechanical for two separate plumbing issues. Each time, I received prompt service, was well informed about expected job costs, and the fixes took exactly how long the plumber said they would. It was a pleasant experience each time. Our HVAC system was blowing fiberglass insulation up into our house which was making us sick. Haddon, our service tech, was able to identify our extremely strange, but serious problem after thoroughly checking through the entire ductwork system in the attic and the furnace in the garage.

Their services were prompt and professional. In just two days, Haddon and Gary were able to clean our air ducts, change our entire HVAC system, add an air purifier, and even remount our thermostat. We made an appointment for 8am and they still showed up on time even though they had to drive out two hours to pick up a new coil since everything is in short supply these days.

I can't praise them enough for being detail orientated and honest. They never tried to upsell me anything and gave very generous prices given the scope of the work. I'd definitely trust them again for any future HVAC related issues.

Amazing job! Professionals! On time! The first time they didn't even charge us for fixing the heat before the freezing day we got in December. Then the installation took place in 2 parts. One day , the AC and heating, the other day the water heater. No prepayment. They trusted us. They accepted our first check at the end of the first day of work. They offered us 4% discount.
