I need to leave this positive review for Mike N. His service was outstanding. I am very pleased with the result of the repair he’s done with my garage gate. I requested work order for my garage door to our local housing maintenance, I am not sure what they have been doing but even temporary fix was not was not even a success. My only request was for me to be able to lock the door from the outside as the lock mechanism was messed up if tried to lock from outside. It was not very convenient to lock your garage door when you are already outside then had to go to back again inside through your main entrance door is it? It’s such a relief now with Mike’s resolve. He had not just repaired the lock but even lubricated the moving parts and made sure it’s back to how it should work its purpose. Mike has worked after hours to get my gate repaired, to me that’s commitment and dedication on its own right. He was friendly with my pets as well, They like him. His attention to detail deserves a commendation,
He also has a plan B in case the fix he’s done would fail if ever. I just want his leadership to recognise his workmanship and for him to get credit on his excellent performance.

Vonceil did a great job. Tied new door and track in with my existing craftsman motor. Tricky install with an odd shaped garage that require cutting one side of the track. Door operates smooth and quiet. Seals look great creating a new blackout at the edges. Very happy with the work and Vonceil’s attention to detail.

VONCEIL is the consummate professional! From the initial call to inform of his estimated time of arrival (ETA) to being well- mannered and well-versed in explaining the details of what he was doing, I went from being anxious about my garage door repair to being EMPOWERED. Because of Vonceil I plan to schedule ANNUAL inspections for the overall maintenance and performance of my garage door. He was diligent about removing, changing and testing everything as he outfitted dysfunctional components. Also, he took the time to remove any soiled marks created while working! Big Thanks to Vonceil and his Service Manager on duty, Danny who returned my call at the very beginning on a Saturday. You 2 are winners in my book.
