  I came in with the intention of buying a truck, I was even all signed and ready to buy I just needed a cosigner, and the gentleman who helped me said I could come back to sign because he had to leave for a while. Before we could come back in to cosign he called me and said that my dream truck had been sold ten minutes after I left. There was poor communication between the people selling the vehicles and the gentleman helping me had no clue another gentleman had already made a deal with someone else who simply needed to come in and pay for it. But I have to give three stars due to the fact that they worked with me until almost ten pm to get me into another truck.

  Small inventory but they were able to get the car I wanted from another dealership the next day. Staff in service department is very nice.

  This dealership is probably one of the worst. Sales staff was completely rude. Refused to show me the paperwork before I preceding to sign. They wanted me to hand over my cash down payment before knowing the terms of the. And ultimately they refused sell a vehicle when all I asked was to see the terms before signing paperwork. So when you come to this dealership ask yourself, What are they trying hide? By the way I spent 7 hours here. What a waste of time!

  I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. They were very patient with me and stayed late on a Friday to help me with financing. Knowing I had come so far to purchase a specific vehicle, I felt they really went out of their way for me.

  I drove from Grand Rapids to buy a Chevy Sonic RS. I love the car and I love the way Royal Chevrolet treated me. They gave me an amazing deal with low monthly payments! They were by far the friendliest car dealer I have been to, and did not pressure me at all! It was a 2 hour drive for me to get there, and I would gladly do it again!!
