Having walked down the same road twice in the past year, when my mom passed away, I wanted to make sure she was going to be taken care of with respect, and that is exactly what Roslyn funeral home provided. We weren’t the traditional family, we had certain beliefs and requests that we wanted honored and Roslyn funeral home delivered on all fronts. My mother was taken from my home and during the next days they did everything they could to make sure that all of our wishes were met. They made sure the cremation process was done respectfully, keeping us informed every step of the way until her ashes were returned. I spoke and they listened and that is the difference of what sets them apart.

Joe and his staff were caring, compassionate, and very professional.
I had lots of questions and needed guidance to properly take care of my mom.
Joe was recommended to me and I believe he exceeded a great recommendation.
Joe was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I was an emotional mess with mom's passing. Joe was there for me every step of the way. Joe Followed up with me several times to ensure everything went as planned.

Joe, John, Lisa and the entire staff at Roslyn Heights Funeral Home went above and beyond for my grandmothers memorial services. Every step of the way, they guided us with grace and compassion. Her services were beautiful and embodied her spirit throughout. The professionalism and dedication displayed throughout the entire process put myself and my family at complete ease during a truly tragic and sad time. Thank you to the entire team at Roslyn Heights Funeral Home for helping us to honor my grandmother in the most special way. We can't thank you enough!

Joseph, John, Lisa and Robert were all very kind during a difficult time for my family. They were easy to work with, quickly responded to all of our inquiries, and accommodated all of our requests. My mother, brothers, and I greatly appreciate their guidance in navigating the process of laying our father to rest.

I've never met such compassionate, caring and patient people in my life. Joe and his family took such care of my mom and I when we were planning funeral services for my beloved father. They made sure to make the process as easy as possible knowing how difficult it is to lose a loved one. They took care of everything, provided such attention to detail and just made the whole situation palatable. We highly recommend this business.
