  Our garage door broke as my wife was leaving for work early in the morning. I googled garage door companies and started making phone calls. The first company I reached did not service my location but was able to recommend Rose Garage Door Solutions. I immediately called and spoke to the receptionist. The receptionist was very pleasant and polite and was able to schedule me right away. She explained the entire process. I received a confirmation text as well as an update as to the arrival of the technicians. Both technicians were extremely friendly and professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would and inspected the door. I had two springs that were broken and needed to be replaced. The cost was explained up front before any work began. Within 30 minutes the springs were replaced and the door was again operable. This was my first experience with the company, but won’t be my last. I am extremely happy with work performed.

  Best customer service I have ever received! Tyler was so caring and took the time to explain all of our options to us. He was on time, prepared, and cost effective!!!!! Rose Door Solutions is my go to company for any and all of my garage door needs. My wife and I even sent our gran-gran Tyler’s number so she can have her door repaired!

  Highly recommended! A few days ago, our garage door spring broke. I called Rose Garage Door Solutions as soon as I got to work, and scheduled an appointment for later that same afternoon. They were even able to change the time to better fit when I would be able to be home. After a thorough assessment of the damage, I was given a few options to choose from, based on how much I was looking to spend, and the size and weight of my insulated double door. I was also provided with other recommendations, but without any kind of sales push - it was very friendly and matter of fact. I mentioned additional damage that had occurred a few years previous, and asked what sort of suggestions could be made to fix that issue, and was quoted a price and time estimate. It was very reasonable, and because the materials were already on the truck, it was all taken care of incredibly quickly. I will DEFINITELY contact Rose Garage Door Solutions in the future for any issues we have. Quick, convenient, friendly, and reasonably priced!

  Had a torsion spring break and called around to other companies to find out there's a supply issue and many were out of stock. Was recommended to call Rose and they were ready to help. Tyler and team were very courteous, and promptly arrived to quickly assess and repair our door spring, and advise on future maintenance. Price was fair and affordable. I'm very satisfied with Rose Garage Door and highly recommend them.

  My old garage door opener (aka "sad piece of junk") died on Monday so I called Mykala at Rose Garage Door Solutions after seeing 136 5-star reviews. Mykala was very sweet and professional and even recommended the exact brand of garage door opener (Chamberlain) that I wanted installed. Two days later Tyler came out - exactly on time - to complete the installation. Tyler is awesome and really knows his stuff. He took down my old piece of junk and installed the new Chamberlain B1381 garage door opener, outside keypad, inside Smart Control Panel, and sensors very quickly. My 2-car garage door sagged a little in the middle and honestly looked a bit tired. So Tyler suggested that he could install an aluminum strut to support the door on the spot. I said, "Let's do it Tyler!" A genius move: my garage door looks awesome now! I can't say enough great things about the new Chamberlain B1381 door opener. It runs with a steel-reinforced rubber band (not a chain) and is SO Quiet - amazing. I give Tyler and Mykala my highest recommendation for service, friendliness, outstanding work, and fair pricing. This is a great family business and you can't go wrong working with Rose Garage Door Solutions. PS - I was not paid to write this AWESOME review. They earned it. Eric
