Had my brows micro bladed by Paula at the Greendale location and if I could give her more then 5 stars I would. She explained everything to me before the service started so I knew what to expect, and continually checked to make sure I was comfortable. Her attention to detail is outstanding!
If you are considering microblading and want it done by a professional who cares see PAULA !!!!

So overcharged. Went in with my daughter to get a new look for spring. A friend gave her a coupon and it was her treat, I came out looking exactly the same. My girls at home dye my hair better as for my so-called haircut I'll stick with Great Clips.(she barely trimmed it.) We will not be returning. So disappointed. (Bright side is they called to see if I was happier with my look a few days later my husband told her NO she asked if I would like to come in and they would fix it for me at my cost.)

This place is awful. I waited 55 mins for my stylist. I wanted the blonde high & low lights touched up that I already had. 1st dye, my hair turned out gray. They asked to fix it. 2nd try is more like a light reddish brown with white roots showing. I was there 5 hrs. I was given to another stylist to blow dry and charged another $20 for her. I had to fight off crying & refused to pay for highlights. Total waste.

Went to the Greendale location for a hair appointment today. Great experience!! Front desk staff was very pleasant! They even helped me sign up for the reward membership and explained everything very well. Sarah did my cut & color. I brought in a picture and she listened to what I wanted. I am so happy with the end result. I love my hair! I was unsure if the pink/red tones that I wanted would look good on me.. but it looks perfect. Loved the referral discount too. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come to your salon. Can't wait to go the Oak Creek location since it will be so much closer to home for me. Thank you Roots Salon!!☺

The staff and stylists are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating each time I visit Roots. My favorite stylist I keep coming back to is Sarah. Her attention to detail each time she cuts my hair leaves me feeling confident and polished. Additionally, Sarah's bubbly personality shines through in our conversations and makes my experience comfortable, as well as entertaining.

Simply put, I can't recommend Sarah and the Roots team more highly!

My first visit with Niki a couple years ago already, was such a pleasant experience I've been coming back ever since! She takes the time to help me decide exactly what I'm looking for whether it be a full color, highlight or cut. She makes the experience comfortable and because of this I encouraged my fiancé and his son to try her out, since they're really not into the whole haircut thing, and now they both see her regularly as well! It's been really nice getting the texts from Roots letting us know what specials are going on. They have some really good deals! So, two thumbs up from us!

I've been going here for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it! There has only been one time where I came home disappointed with my cut, and when I called, they refunded the whole thing and fixed it too! They're very organized and clean. My mom comes here too, and we almost always get everything we need done here: nails, hair, waxing, etc. This is our go-to every time. I highly reccomend this place.
