I give this place a -5 zero for this place. Coming from out of town and staying next door for the night. Family amd I walked in waited to be seated for five minutes, had to asked if we get seated or seat ourselves. No clean table; sat down waited there for half an hour No one acknowledged us, no menus and asked what we wanted for drinks. Spoke with manager and she kept responding in Spanish while I'm there talking to her in English; seamed like she wouldn't nor would want to reaolve the situation. After forty minutes we left
If I could give this establishment -5 stars it still wouldn't be enough! My boyfriend and myself sat at the bar waiting an hour for food. No one came and told us they were short handed. We had to find out after 2 gentlemen walked in and ordered food 35 MINUTES AFTER we ordered. The bartender still said nothing to us. So as we're sitting there waiting the bartender is refilling our cokes AND still mentions nothing. 45 minutes after we ordered the bartender brings chips for my boyfriend to munch on and I ask for the food to go at this point. It would be another 25 mins before the bartender comes over with our bill..WE NEVER GOT THE FOOD AT THIS POINT. Then the bill is full price. I ask for a discount and was given 10% off with ever piece of food item we ordered COLD. Save yourself some aggravation. DON'T GO TO Rooster Wings and Bar in Nogales. I couldn't even eat the food because of how cold and terrible it was.
From previous visits equals the same "uneventful" outcome. The establishment and it's food is mediocre at best. Prices are a bit high. And the service is horrendous. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but unfortunately with it's poor customer service, a visit to this establishment will not be a pleasant, enjoyable one. that being said, enjoy the hour long drive, not that I'm encouraging "drinking and driving", save your hard earned money and travel north to Tucson and make a day or evening of it. There, any place you visit to "unwind" is sure to make you feel welcomed they'll appreciate your business and I assure you, you'll enjoy a nice, pleasant outing.
Boycott!!!!!!!!
This Restaurants administration is generally considered to be disproportionately staffed by foreign nationals that are unauthorized to work in the U.S. Including the General manager, accounting staff and others brought in to do inventory.
During interviews there's practice of age and gender discrimination by refusing to hire applicants.
Supervisors have no restaurant experience non English speaking, no way to communicate with English speaking customers and always appear to be lost.
Employees are forced to pay out of pocket for mistakes done at the time of entering an order even if the order was never served.
Employees are not allowed for time off unless it is life or death.
Employees are bullied to the point of quitting.
Employees are fired for missing work when they are sick
Supervisors are fired for sticking up for the stafftoo nice; so they say
Employees have taken a vacation and have been refused there job at the time of return.
Restaurant owners here and in general are the most opportunistic and selfish people I have ever encountered. Why shouldn't they be? They don't care about employees, servers bartenders, kitchen staff. Employees will work like indentured servants while the owners keep all of the profits and do a poor job in attempting to look out for their loyal employees by offering anything but the "right to work."
Employees work for the best and are victims of false accusations, bullying and mistreatment. Management takes advantage of their employees necessity to work, provide for families, and fails to provide the appropriate opportunity to legal citizens.
Great food, awesome atmosphere, numerous TVs to watch any game you want (unless soccer is on), large selection of beers, terrible service, (was a 5 until now). Told server we were done and ready to go, we had to wait 25 minutes for our checks because "he was the only one that knew how to operate the TV's" (soccer was on)!
Long wait frequent menu Chang weird ranch loud croud glitchy tvs
Traveling for business. Didn't give me food poisoning unlike most of the fast food chains in Nogales. Service is hit or miss, some of their draft beer is flat, the food is good enough for bar food, lots of sauce options for their wings. Boneless wings are a bit tough, but all breast meat and sauce make them edible, also the burgers are good. Overall an ok place to eat, drink some generic beers, get a mixed drink, eat some ok bar food, watch sports and hear loud pop music before turning in at the hotel.
Fast friendly service. Great food. The nachos were delicious. The wings were very good.
Under new ownership . Now called Chiltipines
Food is NOT the same as Roosters. They no longer make the Micheladas to order. It's a mix. Also, no green olives for drinks. Bleu cheese is not bleu cheese. It's a mayo based house dressing. Also, prices are much higher than Roosters was. Menu is NOT the same. I am disappointed. The crew are very friendly, though.
Very good workers, don't take long
Nice looking facility. Severely understaffed. The chili was acceptable but the guacamole inferior to many store products. I ordered a small ($3) guac "and chips," but when the bill came I had been charged an additional $5 for the chips. Waiter said that's the way it's done since you are also (without being told) buying chips and salsa if you ask for chips. (Salsa was provided, but I didn't eat any. Many restaurants give chips and salsa as a free appetizer, so I gave it no thought.) The guacamole doesn't come with chips. He took my objection to the manager, who sent him back with a rejection of my complaint. When I went to her she said she was too busy to come to my table. I repeated that it was ridiculous to charge $5 for chips for a $3 guac, and she said she could do nothing since she didn't set the prices. I expressed my surprise that a manager was powerless, and she said to just forget about the bill. I said I wanted to pay my legit total and she refused. I left a tip. It isn't so hard to properly price items and deal with complaints if a restaurant is well-run. It took me 61 years to find one that sells a side of guac without chips. The guac came with a hair in it.
As for the NFL, I was told just 4 games can be shown, though there are far more TVs than that.
Wings over done and very little chicken on the bone. Food very average. For a place specializing in wings, then need to start over.
Good Wings, Good Service, & friendly staff. Great place to watch any sports
Perfect for having quality time with friends. Great food
