They did not care about our property. Inspections weren’t done as they should have been and the few that were, they were not thorough. I would not recommend using this company to manage your rental.

For 20+ years they managed my rental in Warner Robins sending monthly statements and taking their percentage. Small repairs were required even fewer change of tenants. When the current tenant left, she left major repairs. Turns out Coldwell has no records of any walk through of the property for decades. There was major wear and tear and damage. When I asked them to sell it as is, they dragged their feet, and insulted me for asking them to do what they agreed to do in a timely fashion. When I presented my concerns to the manager, he told me to get someone else to list the property. Truth is there wasn't enough money in it for them. They let me down horribly. I would not trust them.

Love love love!!! My husband and I were first introduced to Coldwell through the rental department. Angie Turner was a great pleasure to work with. We then in October started looking for a house. Kathy Sellers was our realtor. She made us feel very comfortable in buying our first home, answered every question and was always there to help. I really cant say enough good things about this company and fully recommend them to everyone i know. THANKS ALOT GUYS!!!!!!!

While Bea Barnes is wonderful to talk to and work with, the maintenance and accounting staff leave much to be desired.

In the 6+ months we've had our house rented we've seen only ONE full rent check due to constant and sometimes repeated service calls to our house. When queried on the situation the staff often responds in a snarky, (and in my opinion as a paying customer) unprofessional manner.

Why not just tell me why the random overpriced vendor you sent out to deal with my bathroom once already had to go out a second time for the same thing? Also, why did we pay a second time for a job that was reportedly completed months ago?

When asked if the company could provide us with an itemized list of the repairs for our own tax auditing purposes, they stated it was not their practice to do so and would not accomodate.

There are MANY property management companies in the Warner Robins area and as it stands I cannot recommend them to anybody.

Let me preface this by saying I wish I could give ZERO stars. Joyce Honachi didn't even show up to a scheduled viewing after we drove an hour to walk through a property with my toddler in the car. Started out great--I get a call immediately after requesting info on Zillow, but then I can't even get a courtesy call to ensure that I am not wasting my time after you haven't heard back from the email and text you tried to send???? (Coward) I'm literally driving to meet you, that's why you didn't get a response. Rude as all get out, that's all I know. Guess my money isn't good enough for you people. You know you realtors are easily replaced, right? Dime a dozen. I'll take my 28 year old self and my $200K check somewhere else. Byyyyeeeeee.

My family and I were Coldwell Banker SSK Realtors clients from September 2013 through May 2015. From the few and far between service calls (because the house we rented was in great condition), to the promptness in response to emails or phone calls that we placed in the duration of renting; compared to other management services we've utilized, Coldwell Banker and its employees were always professional in dealing with any issues that arose.
Bea Barnes took special interest in us and ultimately became a mentor and friend (insert smiley face). At the time, we were an active duty military family and she was there to support us through not one, but two deployments!
Allen Hickman was our realtor for both the renting process and for when we decided that we loved the house so much, why not buy it (insert smiley face)?!
From the very start, our experience with the staff has been nothing short of our expectations. If we had to do it all over, we would rent from them again AND would recommend using them to our family and friends.
In the next year or so, when we move and rent our current house out, we plan on using their services to manage our property!

Bea Barnes and Coldwell Banker SSK managed my property for 3 years while I was out of the country on military assignment. They did a fantastic job! I had 2 sets of tenants in the house with zero empty days. All issues and repairs were handled promptly and professionally and I was always informed ahead of time. If I ever rent my property again, I will call them first!
