My daughter comes here because noplace else will accept her insurance. Her appointment was at 2:30 and she went straight back within 30 minutes, but once she got her teeth cleaned everyone disappeared! The waiting room is full of people but not one hygienist or dentist in sight. I guess that’s why the wait is forever, they get lazy and take their time. Almost 2 hours later and still waiting for a dentist to come just check her mouth.

I like the people that work there but there's always a 2 hour wait and and the place is dirty. Biting bugs in the waiting room and don't use the bathrooms. But nice people and my kids liked them.

Awesome!! Sarah Bryant was SOOO greatttt with my son. It was good first Appointment and he was so nervous. She talked him through the entire cleaning and xrays!! My son loved them and Dr. KD was so good with him too Kimberly was great with helping with xrays I've never seen a staff so great with children before and it be so genuine. I will definitely be back!!!!!!

Macon, Ga desk staff was very unfriendly. They acted as if they did not have time to be bothered and very unhelpful. I have made 2 trips in 2 days to have my child seen. I did not have a copy if his insurance card, which I told them this when making his appointment, they told me all they would need is his social. Was turned away. The second time the insurance company made the appointment and set everything up. Was still turned away. I am so dissatisfied with this office. Rude staff and horrible customer service.

Appointment was at 2pm. Left the office at 415pm. This is ridiculous. Dentist wonderful but no one should spend an hour and them some waiting when they have an appt. This has happened twice.

The dentist we had was awesome. The first time we came the other lady rushed and in return my 5 year old freaked But this dentist explained what she was doing to him in child friendly terms and talked to him the whole time and he stayed calm! We will come back to see her again.

These woman are wonderfulthe coordinator Veronica was amazing. I usually dread doctors appointments because of all of the paper work.. (I have 5 kids) she jus jumped right in and went to work. Everybody is very welcoming and easy going. Nurses were super friendly and the wait wasn't long at all.. With the team work they have in that place they are sure to go farone satisfied mommy right here!!! 😀

I I called Veronica at the last minute and needed an appointment on to get my teeth clean because I need to go to the orthodontist she really went overboard and he really helped me out and I really appreciate that give me in there and Tekela was so friendly made me feel it home just as she did with my daughters two weeks ago for their appointment. They have a good rated teen working at Kool Smile

Kool Smiles is the best. Their staff Veronica and Ms. Mary are awesome. Dr. KD gets 5 thumbs up, she is very patient with all her clients. She makes sure you are very satisfied before you leave. All of my visits have been wonderful since I have been coming here since. You won't be disappointed when you come here.
