DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an entertainment center with a matching dining room table and a couch. I strongly regret it. I am now on my fourth delivery because they keep delivering furniture that is damaged and in terrible condition. The customer service is terrible and they are never helpful. I have spoken to several different people and it has been almost two months and I still can't receive furniture that isn't severely damaged. I spoke to a woman in the corporate office who lied to me and told me a fake name. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Everyone that works for this company is horrible and will not help you in anyway. Don't ever buy anything from them please.

I called this store looking for a chair for my elderly Mom. Cynthia was very helpful in determining what would fit our needs and our budget. By the time we arrived she had lined up several chairs for us to look at and before long we made our decision and delivery was arranged. This store and Cynthia made our day end a great deal better than we could have hoped.

Purchase new table from RTG. Drivers delivered and broke 300.00 floor standing vase in my home. Drivers did not leave a note. Did not make apology. Claim department did not apologize. Corporate office did not apologize. Incident captured on security system from two different angles. Sent photo of incident to claims department. Filed claim with corporate office. Claim denied because they asked me to produce the receipt for the vase from 6 years prior. (I really feel violated at this point) Get this. Delivery is now mandatory on purchases.!

Sorry but there are better furniture stores in Gainesville. Prices are way too high here. I suggest leaving this place as a last resort. Only thing that is good about this place is location.
