I love our new office copier! Chris Bates was so helpful during the decision making process, and he did an excellent job training our staff on how to use all of the new features. I definitely recommend asking for him specifically. And the quality of the printing is incredible!

I've been in business since July of 2016 - not a long time, I know. But during this time, I have had to purchase two different printers from Office Max. The first was a total piece of junk that I paid around $99 for. The second was much more expensive (around $250 I think), and this one too never worked properly 35% of the time. This cost me delays and frustration - not to mention I was paying at least $75 a month in printer ink. Since coming on board with Dex, my monthly costs are much lower and I've never had an a single issue with the printer provided by Dex. Being a busy business owner, going with Dex was one of the smartest decisions I've made, and I highly recommend Dex to anyone who wants a hassle free printing experience!

Our experience with DEX Imaging has been incredible to say the least! Our law office personally worked with Chris Bates and he made the transition for us from small printers to an office worthy DEX machine a smooth and easy one. He answered all and any questions we had as well as giving us a personal introduction to our new machine and showing us how to use all the extensive features on our new product. Our new machine has worked flawlessly and is capable of handling large amounts of printing and scanning we do daily. Very highly recommended to all! I am very happy we dealt with Chris and had such a wonderful experience.
