  My husband and I take care of wild cats, and we have always taken them here to be spaided and neutered. They are so gentle and loving when we bring are Ferrell's to there cat nip program.

  Our "SASSY BAYLEE MAE" got Fixed. Polite accommodating staff took good care of her. 1 day out patient surgery. Reasonably priced.

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.
  The Alachua County Humane should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. A real vets offices confirmed that poor Penny has not been closed properly (obviously) after being spayed and it's highly likely she was given the incorrect dosage of anesthesia. Her owners thought she was going to die, that's how awful it was. This is abuse, neglect and malpractice. I've never been so personally horrified by an establishment who claims to be doing right by the animal world. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 THE ONLY THING THEY SPECIALIZE IN IS MALPRACTICE. THEY ALLOW VOLUNTEERS TO OPERATE ON THE ANIMALS. And yes, I have pictures and proof of malpractice.

  We took a litter of kittens we found under our house. They gave us everything to take care of the kittens until they are old enough for the humane society to adopt out. Everyone that works here is very kind, caring and helpful.

  I had my cat neutered and the staff was exceptional. Very nice, helpful, and caring. They took excellent care of Max. If I need a veterinarian again, this is definitely the place I will take my animals.
