This shop is NOT trustworthy. Ron himself took over 800 dollars from my husband and I for work we did not want done. Ron admitted he should have called and got our permission before working on our vehicle but did not. This shop tells you what you want to hear to your face then does the opposite behind your back. They DO NOT, I repeat do not look out for the well being of their customers. Making money is more important to them. I don't understand how what they did to us isn't robbery. I hope before you take your vehicles here you read this and your not stuck with a large bill for work you never agreed or even knew was being done to YOUR vehicle but still has to be paid for out of YOUR pocket. Ron made the mistake and now we are literally paying for it. I hope hope our story is heard so other families aren't left tossing and turning all night wondering how they are going to pay to get their vehicle back. Please spread the word. One family going through this is enough.
