  I don't understand the negative reviews about WWB's customer service. I went in last night to learn about e-bikes; they were super friendly and helpful to someone that knew nothing about this new technology. I'll be buying a bike from them soon 5 Stars!

  I had not purchased a new mountain bike in 22 years, and hadn't been on one at all in almost 10. I visited Wheel World because I was interested in a Giant mountain bike and this was the closest dealership to me. What good fortune! Cailen greeted me as I walked in the door. I told him about my long absence from mountain biking, and asked him if the bike I was considering was a good choice. He guided me through the differences and features of bikes in my price range (and out) and eventually pointed me in the direction of a closeout 2017 model that had $300 more features than the bike I was considering for only $100 more. The bike is a great fit for me and I am very happy with it. Not only that, the team at Wheel World is excellent with service after the sale. I had a flat after my second ride, and went in thinking I'd have to leave the wheel there. Even though they were slammed, they had the tire changed and back in my hands in 5 minutes! This is an exemplary bike shop. As long as I live in this area I won't shop anywhere else.

  A GREAT place to get electric power mountain bikes, road bikes, kid bikes, and a lot in between. Younger staff, but very knowledgeable about the product they sell. Always ready to research any questions they don't have an answer for, and are true devotes of the world of bicycling. They carry Specialized, Giant, mostly. Great deals on tires, and everything you need to keep you machine in tip top shape. Oh, lifetime adjustments on the bikes you buy. They even match Amazon prices!

Always ready to research any questions they don't have an answer for, and are true devotes of the world of bicycling. The cary Specialized, Giant, mostly. Great deals on tires, and everything you need to keep you machine in tip top shape.

  A must-stop shop for anyone looking at bikes. I did a lot of pre-shopping to learn about different features I would like in a bike. Bicycle technology has really changed over the years and bike science is evolving very quickly. Kaylan had seen me in the shop many times and after I put together my bike criteria, he found the perfect bike for me around my price range. It was a hard to find product in my size, so there was a little wait on delivery, but the people in the store kept me apprised on the progress of the order and went the extra mile. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
  
  Although I did not buy an e-bike, of all the stores I shopped at, Wheel World had the largest selection of e-bikes in stock. Even if you do not intend to purchase a bike, stop in and check out what has changed in the bicycle market. It has really gone high tech. It's a lot of fun just to look.

  Joshua went the distance, answering all my questions and staying late to see that my new road bike was set up properly before I left. He proved to be very knowledgeable and personable. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing me with a mini-education on everything - bikes, pedals, wheels, etc. I got a great deal and had a great experience.
