Been there for a year and I think everyone I have been in contact have been polite and very helpful. They even went above and beyond by coming outside to the vehicle when my mom has a hard time getting in and out. Thanks Elizabeth and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work. 👋👋

I recently came to this credit union hoping to take out a small personal loan. The staff was extremely professional and kind, and made me feel like a person rather than just a number. At the time that I approached them I was not a member yet and I have since decided to switch all my banking to them. They're always there to help if I ever have questions, and you can tell they care about you as soon as you walk in. Overall great place, I've had nothing but positive experiences :)

My father set up accounts for my sister and I when we were in grade school. He put $5 in each account with every paycheck. When we graduated the accounts became ours to manage. RRCCU and it's staff have been friendly, reliable, dependable and extremely helpful in acquiring loans, managing my accounts and most recently, as I take my first steps as Power of Attorney for my mother. They have earned my trust time and again. I would not ever consider closing my account and going elsewhere.

I have Removed all my accounts, but 1 loan, soon to be moved.
This credit union doesn't value their employees anymore, they do not value their members anymore, which is the original reason I started an account there 15 years ago and mostly what is appealing about a credit union in a small town. They are much more unorganized in the last 4-6 months than ever before. The board of directors have lost their accountability to handle the situations, unhappy members, and unhappy employees at the credit union. The turnover in 99% of the employees has made this organization become distrustful, unorganized, and extremely inefficient. I hope that this review resonates with members, staff, potential new members, and possibly potential staff.

My experience with Rouge River credit union was terrible. The staff was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wanted to open a account and was told "Elizabeth" could help me. As soon as I told "Elizabeth" I was in the military she immediately became very unhelpful. She proceeded to let me know that my out of state drivers lisence must be fake although I tried to explain to her it was the last place I was stationed at. She suggested I find a military bank that could help me. Overall stay away from this credit union, I have family members who are members who used to have a great experience and now it has deteriorated.
