Nice clean store. I could not find much of anything in my size (average) in the disconnect section. I bought some work boots for winter. I like them but would have preferred a 6" boot over the 8" that I purchased. They don't carry a 6" boot with 'thinsulate', waterproof and steal toe (composite). Prices on shoes were competitive. I thought the clothing was pricey.
Service was very good but I had to seek out an associate for help. The young man was knowledgeable and helpful.
I told him what I wanted and he showed me what they had saving me a lot of time.

Recently emailed Customer Service to ask about purchasing inserts that rotted away from a pair or Rocky boots I own. Supposedly I will receive response within 24 hours. Never heard a word. I'm giving a 1 for Customer Service.

Great shopping experience, saved a ton on a great pair of insulated hunting boots. Had a very good meal at their restaurant also. It is worth the drive to visit and pays for itself with the discount on the merchandise. This was not my first visit there and it will definitely not be my last.

I rarely can go past this place without stopping ! Shoes, boots, brand name clothing, even scrubs. House decor and I've found Christmas stuff all year around. Their item are still pricey. But their often very unique.
I've purchased kitchen items, books I might not find else where.
Very helpful store associates.

There are three stories to this store carrying every imaginable type of shoe or boot for work or play. Rocky Brands is one of the largest employers in the area. There is a cafeteria style restaurant on the first floor if you work up an appetite during your shopping trip.

Not only a really cool venue, but a neat little town. Three floors of merchandise, and a diner. And unbelievable prices. Anybody who thinks the prices are high have obviously never had to purchase a pair of high quality work boots before. Huge savings for sure.

Bought a pair of boots 5 months ago and they wore out quickly. The metal clasps for the laces broke and the toes wore out quickly. Returningredients them wasn't bad, but it's been 8 days and no money back in my account. Call them and all they say is the refund went through and it's my bank. Called the bank, they have nothing to do with a retail store refunding money, and nothing has came through. Everyone at Rocky just wants to be cocky about a receipt I already have. I wouldn't own a pair of Rocky boots if they were given to me.
