Should have stayed at the Best Western. Got a room here the mattress was so hard might as well be sleeping on the floor. At the Best Western I would have gotten a better room at cheaper price. 6 hours of no sleep I'm out of here.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful dirimg checking. Hotel was very clean and rooms looked very nice. Was told hotel was renovated about 5 years ago.

It's not the most amazing holiday Inn we've been to, but it's probably the best option around. Room service seems a bit rushed, and there's not much to do around the area. Walls are rather thin and we can hear a baby crying a few rooms down for most of the night. But we're here for a funeral, and they've worked well with us planning things out.

We love staying no matter what city we are in. People are always friendly. This time it was Lindsey, our front desk clerk that checked us in & then she was back in the morning to give us a great breakfast!!! The cleanliness & comfortable rooms are why we stay!!! Love the triple sheeted beds and they are always clean & stain free!! Not everyone gives military discounts, but I thankful that you do!!! We never stay anywhere else!! Thank you for taking care of your guests!!! We will be back at one on Thursday night.just somewhere in the Carolinas!!! :-)

Average Holiday Inn in SE Ohio med/small town. Pool is fair, fitness center is basic (2 treadmills and a bike, no weights..) and the rooms are average size with the hardest mattresses of all time (Plywood with fabric topper??). Not many options in the area.

The rooms are nice. Beds could be a little softer. Front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. If you don't get down there early, they don't refill the food.

Room had a foul odor upon arriving. Looking around room found hair in the bathtub, also next morning after shower in the "clean" towels there was more hair. Woke up in the middle of night for my newborn baby and realized I had a bug crawling on the sheets; appeared to be a bed bug. Every Holiday Inn has been an amazing stay besides this one. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Finding the hotel was easy. Signage was clear from the interstate. Check in was a breeze. The elevator was at an odd position. After I settled in the room, I was walking back down to the hall of my floor and walked past the elevator. I might not have been paying attention, no, but it kind of blends in with the doors on the hall. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The ceilings were tall so you won't feel claustrophobic. Outside noise is to the very minimum. Even with being close to the interstate and with my room being on the second floor and an end unit.

Chris at desk was outstanding! Facilities were noisy.air conditioner, refrigerator all were very loud thru out night starting st 3:15 am! Bathtub is a senior nightmare! Very slippery, slopped downward, beds a bit hard and very high! Couldn't find plug in for coffee pit except right next to bed! I moved it to sink area even though it was on its own table. Bath towels no where near tub when needed. You asked so here it is!

That's one of the places we stopped on our way from North Carolina to Windsor Ontario. We enjoy staying here because it is clean safe and easy to get to. The staff are always friendly courteous and professional period I would recommend.

Friendly staff and my room is really nice and clean. I have yet to use the hotel facilities but as i was looking around yesterday, they look fine. Also, this hotel is so close to the freeway and restaurants, stores and such.

Very clean and friendly. Elsa is a very nice women who has breakfast ready every morning. Pool is nice and workout room is nice.

Location was not great, and there was no bar. Bed was flat and hard/not super comfy. Continental breakfast was chintzy. Clean, well-decorated rooms and friendly staff were positives.
