  All of the people that we interacted with at Roam and Board were friendly and caring. The tow vehicle they rented us was brand new. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the trailers we received, and the repeated missing items.
  
  We booked a 22’ Airstream one month in advance. They very helpful in answering all of my questions.
  
  When we arrived to pick it up, we found out they had misfiled our reservation and weren’t expecting us. They were very apologetic and offered us a 25’ and got us on the road in 3 hours. They offered to deliver a 22’ to our campsite free of charge.
  
  The 25’ was from 2014 and was a bit run down. It had various bits of wear and tear to the interior, a leaking city water connection, and was missing some of the included provisions (garbage can and door mats).
  
  A few days later they arrived to drop off the 22’. This was a newer 2019, but yet again was missing provisions like door mats and a trash can. I had to point out to them that the tool to lower the stabilizers was missing as well. They went to the hardware store and improvised something. The sewer hose was missing a seal as well, but fortunately I caught that before they drove away.
  
  The interior of the 22’ was in good shape, but it’s only ceiling ventilation fan was broken. This made for warm afternoons and certainly no pooping in the bathroom with others inside the trailer.
  
  They refunded us one of our six nights of trailer and vehicle rental for the inconvenience.
  
  Hopefully our experience was just a one-off for them and things go smoother for you!

  I'm in the market to purchase a 22' Bambi Sport, thankfully I was able to rent with Roam & Board and test it out before I make the $50,000 purchase. Yes the nightly rate was a little steep but it was honestly worth it cause I'd hate to purchase something that expensive if I wasn't truly in love with the item.
  
  Overall it was a great experience. Camping is not everyones cup of teamit's a trip and adventure not necessarily a vacation. I know the memories to come with my family and our 22' will be worth every penny.
  
  Pros: They had the Airstream size I was interested in, The Airstream was clean, The training videos on YouTube were extremely helpful, Had several people stop me in the campground asking about the 22'.
  
  Cons: I had to bring my own bedding and kitchen items (due to COVID)

  We had rented an Airstream in May of 2019.
  The provisions in the unit, were as described and all were very good quality. We were provided a thorough review of the RV before we departed.
  Salvation of the customer's experience are not this company's strong suit. We were unable to pay a toll at the time we passed through, though I went to the Toll Authority of CA immediately after returning home, and paid the toll fee for both our vehicle and the trailer. Soon after I see a charge on my credit card from Roam and Board for $145 for the toll. I forwarded documentation to Roam and Board that I had already satisfied this toll. I provided them with the name of the agent who verified that the toll was satisfied, yet Roam and Board refused to refund me the $145. Customer experience is everything and this customer does NOT recommend this company. Look elsewhere for an Airstream experience.

  Everyone here is just great. We rented one time with them and then decided to rent two more times with them. Great rigs, great people, and great service.

  Rented the Signature International 23' Airstream for a trip to Yosemite. It was awesome. I have really zero towing experience and our vacation for a family of four was a blast. Everyone at Roam and Board was super helpful and friendly. We paid a little extra to have the airstream staged with all the pots, pans, etc we'd need and was very glad I did. I also rented the Nissan Armada to tow the trailer as well and used the pop up tent. Everything was so new and clean, I felt like a million bucks driving up the freeway. The trailer has a secondary hand brake and top of the line tow package which made me feel totally comfortable hauling that big rig with my family up into the mountains. Dealing with R&B was simple and hassle free. I recommend watching their videos online thoroughly because if you don't have experience with Airstream campers you could be easily confused. Camping is an adventure so if you go off the beaten trail like we did, expect some challenges. For instance we ran out of battery power after a couple days off the grid and I still stink at backing that thing up, but that's part of the adventure right? I highly recommend this place
