Very good car sales are wonderful. Great job. They let YOU make up your own mind what you want, then the make it happen. I have wanted a "juke" ever since they came out. Evett where I went they tried to push it on me--- NOT RIVERSIDE. They let me look ,didn't come out there . They waited for me to come back in too them. Very professional. Keep up the great work. I LOVE MY "JUKE". Thanks so much guys. You rate 10+. And have the best popcorn.;. you gotta love them.

This is my first time buying a vehicle. Going in I was super nervous, we were greeted by Thad and he was simply wonderful. He earn my trust from the get go. He made it such a wonderful experience, I am definitely going back in the future. I have heard horrible experiences when shopping around. Riverside was our first stop, and Thad made it impossible to walk away. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Thad to any of my friends and family needing a new vehicle. I ordered a part in 2016 and once it arrived, the part had to be ordered again and again, total of 3 times because they couldn't seem to get the right part. And I ordered shocks & struts 7 days ago, on August 25, 2017 and the parts or service department continues to tell me, 'Nobody remembers me ordering them, and they can't find the parts I ordered.'
I could understand 1-2 times having a bad experience, but 4 times is too much.

I went to Rome Toyota today, because I have a popping going on with my 2017 Rav4
They checked it out and said it was normal. I left and it was still making the popping so turned around went back and asked the guy to ride with me, and listen. He did, and I said THIS IS NORMAL? He said, well I have heard that lots of time, but the best thing you should do is take it back where they done your rotation, I said I thought you could have them fixed at any Toyota while under warranty, he said well you should take it back to them. I drove from Adairsville to Rome to hear that. I caught them in so many lies. I will NEVER go back there for service or to buy!!! Don't trust them at all.

My sales representative Doug Heath was great!!! He was very friendly and helpful. He even came in on his day off to be there when I returned the car after a day long test drive to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. Jeff, the sales manager, was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car and immediately authorized a few small repairs I had requested. Overall a great experience! Both guys were awesome! :)

Went looking for an gently used Avalon. Lots of variety to choose from. Low pressure and very helpful salesperson (Justin Phillips) who patiently answered questions as I compared different models. Made a great choice, and then went through a thorough loan set up process, again without pressure. An excellent experience all around -- and a great outcome with a 2014 Avalon!

Everyone is always friendly and genuinely has your best interest and your budget in mind. They will recommend options for you, but there is no pressure to go with their recommendations. I had to order tires for my truck and received regular phone calls as to my order status and setting up a time to get them installed. Highly recommended!!

Everyone was super friendly. Justin was a pleasure to work with both by email and in person, and Heather had me in and out of the finance office faster than I have ever seen. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I have never had a car purchase go so smoothly. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Very impressed.
