Been coming my whole life and haven't been dissatisfied.
This theater must think that no one needs any sort of leg room. I am 6'4", and sitting behind a person whom I feel sorry for due to me adjusting position to get comfortable (which is impossible here).
Great variety. Concessions are good as well.
it has a great seating arrangement but they need to be bigger rooming areas and more seats in there. also all refills on popcorn and pop should be acceptable. all in all the i enjoy my time at the movies.
My baby girl watch her first movie her "Zootopia "
River field 10 is the only movie theater in pikeville so there going to get business and they know this so they don't bother with updates or just general repairs. The seats are horrible and most of them are broken, last time I went my seat back broke and I fell right into a ladies lap behind me and hurt her knees. And all the other seats are just about that bad.The screen has scratches on it and a lot of other bad spots. The 3D is too bright and ussally barley 3D and the other movies are always droning out the movie your watching.I think they should respect there customers and do the much needed updates. They have gotten rich off of the people who despite the poor conditions still go there because there's no other theaters so I think they should give back and do the much needed updates and repairs.
Not bad. All stadium seating, but seats are a bit too close. Fantastic ticket prices though, especially matinees!
The seats are small and uncomfortable and they don't come up far enough for a head rest. There's no leg or elbow room and especially no room to let someone shuffle by you. Every room has an odor, like stale air and old food. Not well ventilated. Just overall ran down and dirty.
Had fun great theatre wasnt crowded they are high on drinks though
Advertisement and previews are way too long!!! Seats are uncomfortablecan't move ur legs if someone is sitting in front of u.and I'm a short person.jus don't see how kids can see if someone taller is in front of them
They've had a damaged screen in largest 2d theater room for years and will not replace it. It ruins the experience for all new releases.
I understand that it's an affordable movie theater, but if you have to up your price a little to get seats that are at least a little comfortable and not show a half hour of local advertisments I would GLADLY pay it. It is terrible when your toilets are more comfortable than your theater seats.. Also the walls are not sound proofed at all and you can hear every other movie playing beside you. The movie did have decent audio and video quality though. Still doesn't make up for the people sitting in front of you crushing your legs with their chairs though..
