RiverBend Ford is how all car dealerships should be! I'm 53 and this was my 73rd car purchase (hey, I like cars ;) I have made so I have been around the block. They are upfront about everything. The price they give before you get there is the price when you get there. They are friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. No hard sells of polyglycoat, undercoating, laser etching of parts, paint protection films or any of that silly stuff during the final paperwork. They do politely offer an extended warranty which I declined and it was not mentioned again. The entire experience was very refreshing and drove home in a great car to boot. If I could give six stars, I would!

Chris Carroll was great in helping me purchase my 2016 F150 Platimun truck. He worked with me on the numbers and we were able to settle on a deal. He also was very attentive in getting the tires swapped out between my trade-in (they were brand new) to my new ride. He also was able to come up with a set of spare remote/key for my new truck. I would recommend everyone going to River Bend Ford to get up with Chris and he'll do everything he can to get you in the vehicle of your choice. Go Chris!!!!! Thanks, Justin Strickland

Joyce Day was nothing but amazing!! She made my experience super easy! She text me all week and walked me through the process and all I had to do was drive two hours and pick up the keys and sign a few things! She even talked and entertained my daughter while I signed and cleaned out my car! I would highly recommend her and this dealership to anyone looking for a car and a great experience!

I purchased a F250 from Chris Carroll at Riverbend Ford. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made, and I feel like I received a very fair deal. If anyone is looking for a nice new or used vehicle I strongly recommend you going to Riverbend and asking for Chris. He will get you the best deal possible.

The entire purchase of a vehicle was actually an enjoyable experience. We shopped numerous dealerships in North Florida and South Georgia. None of them could compete with River Bend Ford, not only in regard to price, but how we were treated by everyone there. Bill Gute and several others went above and beyond to make this transaction a great experience.

We absolutely loved our trip into River Bend Ford today . Mrs Joyce Day was very kind. Very knowledgeable about the truck we purchased and our trade in. My wife was needing a good reliable car and after many searches she found the one for her! We can't thank Joyce Day enough for working with us as fast and cooperative as she did. She was on the ball and if we needed anything she was only a phone call away and handled everything very professionally. We are very pleased with our new vehicle and thankful!
