This was my first experience with River Falls Spa but second massage. Holly did not disappoint! I went in for a prenatal massage and left feeling amazing and relaxed! Staff was so kind, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable. You will definitely get a great experience and your money’s worth! I will be back soon 😉

*I will edit to add that on a subsequent visit, I booked the wrong date online. When the staff saw how distressed I was over this error, they figured out a way to accommodate me that day. It’s difficult to find that kind of customer service! I would recommend you call instead of booking online. Fabulous staff!*

What a perfect spa experience in all regards! Would give it 10 stars, if possible! My massage therapist, Whitney, was tops! You couldn't ask for a friendlier staff or a more lovely spa! Will definitely return! Thank you, River Falls, for such a lovely afternoon with friends!

We visited the spa recently on a girls weekend. I found this spot to be charming with a staff that was super friendly, warm and inviting. We had a wonderful warm greeting when we arrived. And even though we were a few minutes late we did not feel rushed. Claire and the entire staff provided exceptional service before, during and after our treatments. Though the spa does not have much of a relaxation room they made an area for us to enjoy some bubbly and conversation after our services. What a charming spa. I look forward to visiting again soon!

My Husband and I had the Table for 2 Spa treatment. This was our first, and hopefully not the last spa treatment. Upon arrival we were treated like celebrities, or at least that’s how they made us feel! There is and old quote that says “ First impressions are lasting ones”. Our first impression will be the warm and friendly reception we received from the staff. Everyone, and everything was so awesome! The privacy, the massage, the jacuzzi while sipping on champagne and indulging In chocolate covered strawberries 🍓 Room not too hot, not too cold , it was just right! Thank You for such a memorable experience 🙌🏽 This place is a MUST VISIT! Really can’t explain it, You have to experience it…

The spa itself is beautiful and I was able to have a mimosa before my massage. But I did feel that I was a little rushed from the time I got there because I had a 5:30 appointment and the spa closes at 7. I also wish the robes were more oversized for comfort. But my back feels sooo much better and I really enjoyed the various heat elements my massage therapist used throughout my massage to help loosen knots in my back.

Body polish and facial on my first visit here. It was a great spa visit. Staff was wonderful, and the accommodations were great. They supplied everything needed down to the shampoo, conditioner, and spray deodorant if you forget and want to shower!

I received this massage as a birthday gift about a year ago and meant to leave a review but never got around to it. The place is immaculate and the front desk personnel were very friendly. Overall it is a very relaxing and beautiful place. However, my actual massage experience was less than wonderful. I'm not sure why they let their employees smoke, but I got a 90 minute massage by a woman that smelled and sounded like she smoked a pack a day. I had to smell cigarette smoke the entire time. Definitely not what I would call a relaxing experience and not what I should've experienced for how expensive it was. I would maybe try it again, but only if I could guarantee that my masseuse was a non-smoker.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a spa. I understand there is a 24 hour cancelation policy, but I am currently on crutches with a fractured knee and cannot get around in the rain well. We called several hours before our appointment to try and reschedule. I did not ask to cancel, I asked to reschedule for another time. I was told this is not their problem and the policy is what the policy is. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for today. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. I have been to many high end spas and even with their cancellation policy's normally allow for their customers to get a credit towards their next spa experience. I will not be returning to this spa in the future and will make sure I tell my friends there are much better spas in Greenville to spend their money at. Very disappointed.

Large, upscale spa in the heart of downtown, interesting below ground location. Staff is polite, friendly & professional. Decent locker rooms & waiting areas. Cheryl was my massage therapist, very knowledgable & strong, effective deep tissue work after long day of cycling. Prices as expected.

My husband and I spent a few hours here the day before our wedding (4/3/15) to de-stress and just enjoy a few hours of not having to think or plan anything! I try and treat myself to a spa day every few weeks and River Falls Spa was by far the most pleasant experience I've had. It was my husband's first time in a spa and he enjoyed every minute of it as well :) We received a couples massage and we while winding down even more in the hot tub located privately in the room with you, we enjoyed some chocolate covered strawberries & champagne. Upon departure, we received a wonderful gift as the manager gave us our champagne & chocolate covered strawberries complimentary as a wedding gift from them. Something so simple left a lasting impression and we cannot wait to go back for another visit! To the staff at River Falls Spa, thank you so much for everything-

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the "Table for Two" and all of our expectations were far exceeded. River Falls spa is also incredibly beautiful on the inside--it feels like you're stepping into a magical place. We will be back!

I will never go to this SPA EVER!!!! I can no speak to the customer service in person because i have never been there. I called to schedule a spa day for my sisters 21st birthday ( a total of 5 people). I called for simple price quote and package information. I was greeted with an attitude. I was treated as if my money was not good enough to be spent with this establishment. I asked about the services offered and what they included and was never given a clear answer. I will never book this company for anything.
