Waste of my 15 minall I did was soak my feet in water no one came to do my pedi..they weren't even busy and plenty of techs available.. But thanx for the free massage nd a.c..✌

Clean spa and friendly staff! Nina and Jenny were very friendly. They took their time on mine and my moms pedicure and by the time we left we were so relaxed we could barely finish running our remaining errands. I definitely wasn't expecting such an amazing service. We got the $35 pedicure which I assume is their "deluxe." It included the usual clean up (trimming, filing and the foot scrubber) but they also included a leg scrub, hot stone massage AND hot towels. My expectations were exceeded already and then they went in with a leg and foot massage. I would have paid $35 just for the massage. Top it all off with some pretty polish and we were all set. Such an amazing place, I will be back often!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went and got gel polish and woke up with a bare nail the next day! Then I noticed the rest of the gel polish was peeling on all the other nails. I went in trying to get a refund because clearly they have old polish that doesn't adhere to the nail but they refused to give me a refund and would only redo my nails. Because I'm going out of town I agreed as I didn't want my nails looking a hot mess. No issues with the technicians who did my nails, just their product and the fact they won't issue refunds for their use of old product. Also if you want anything modern like chrome nails, they don't have it. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Avoid this place it is horrible. I went in for a full set, they took me back for the pedicure which was fine but while I was drying the lady handed me the bill and I asked "Am I not getting the full set?" and then that made her mad and she rolled her eyes because she had forgotten that I was doing both. Then she couldn't understand that I wanted a french and pulled the manager over to talk to me because she was too busy. The manager took me back to do my manicure and wouldn't take no for an answer to pink and white for the french. He kept pushing pink and white and when I finally flat out told him that is not what I asked for he didn't even care about doing them anymore. I paid over 70 dollars for this trip. I went and got dinner later that night and then noticed that my right hand was matte and my left hand was glossy also that there where black dots on the tips. I couldn't go back the next day because I was out of town so I put clear coat on top and it worked. I called them today to ask if I could get a refund by chance and I got told no but that I could come back in and they could try and fix it. This place is not worth it at all.

Derek did my nails. Beautiful salon and a phenomenal job! I got a full set with white tips, just $27! Derek had to step a way a few times while doing my nails to help some folks that came in That doesn't bother me, this is their business and while they have more associates than all the salons I've ever been too, they do quality work so people do return! I was there around 10 AM on a Saturday and it was already pretty busy. I will return if I'm ever back in Jax!

Feel free to visit if you like being Ripped Off. I call before visiting requesting information on the SNS procedure . I was told 35.00 initial visit & 25.00 thereafter once I arrived I asked the nail tech Derrick(who later found out was the owner) and was told the same. The AFTER I gave my credit he charged me 35.00 then indicating it's only 25 if you don't change the color(something he forgot to mention) who wants to keep the same nail color at each visit. I wish I could have a zero rating.

I wish they didn't make you leave one star to write a review because I wouldn't. My experience today was terrible! As was my sisters!!! I went in today to get a full and my sister got a full set. The technician I got first turned my almond shape into a half coffin half stiletto looking mess. I then asked her several times to shorten and round the shape. She didn't understand so she asked the technician doing my sisters nails to translate. This technician ended up being rude and completely out of line. She told me my nails were fine and if I changed them they would charge me for a full set!!!! I asked to just have them taken off because they were SO BAD! She said she would still charge me for a full set. I ended up going to the manager and the manager said she would fix them. She did a better job than the first technician but she was so rushed that they still don't look great. If she had done my nails from the start I'm sure she would have done a better job. I still don't appreciate being slighted. My sister then had to have the manager fix hers as well because the tech she had ( the rude one) messed them up and was very rude to her also. My sisters nails are DISGUSTING! They look terrible. I will never come back and neither will she. This was the worst experience I have ever had. If you do have to go as a last resort make sure you do not get the red and blonde technician Just go somewhere else.
