Our heating problem was a bit unusual but the first thing I got was "We don't really know anything about your kind of sysyem." But the tech was very friendly and tried his best.
I have moved on to another company to solve the problem. This new company discovered that the switch that was replaced by the Right Way tech could not possibly have anything to do with our problem. I'm not sure that the knowledge base is strong on the heating side for them.
We have also had plumbing done by Right Way and have been very satisfied with the quality of the work.

They replace two toilets for us. one we bought from them, the other from Lowes. Everything went the way it was supposed to. The techs were very fast and efficient. The price was right where they said. I've had disastrous experiences with the other two big plumbing companies here in the county. this was nothing like that. These are my go to guys (plumber was actually a woman) now.

Very good communication on phone and at site, reviewing project and confirming details with me in advance. Worked diligently, completing within time frame discussed. Invoice was equal to estimate. I was comfortable having these two gentlemen in my residence. I will use this contractor in the future, and recommend their services.

We called in to have our annual furnace service done to prepare for winter. The service technician went above and beyond to make sure our furnace was spotless. He replaced all of the filters, dusted, and scrubbed this thing till it looked almost new. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. 5/5 stars and we will be getting any services we need done through them from now on!

After moving into to our new home (not previously lived in), both Eric (service advisor) and Robert (onsite service tech) were top notch in their friendliness, customer centric, and ability to troubleshoot and locate concern areas. Turns out the Noritz on demand unit was not the issue after all, the valve for the propane tank was not completely "open" and not permitting full propane to reach the Noritz unit. In both situations Robert was timely, cordial, knowledgeable and brought his own booties. I'd be hard pressed to look for better all around HVAC service. Thank you Eric and Robert.

I have had them out to the house two or three times now, and each time I was impressed by their knowledge, efficiency, and friendly attitude.
Their prices are competitive, and they don't try elaborate fixes when simple ones are enough. I would recommend them.

Booties were not present with both plumbers at different times even though I requested them. After laying my fireplace parts on my white carpet and tile floor I grabbed my own towels to remedy this. Then I caught the man propping my fireplace glass on my trash cans and cleaning with windex instead of a heat glass cleaner. After packing everything up and leaving he returned to announce he had forgotten to turn gas back on in our crawl space. My fireplace now has a strong chemical smell and can not be used. I called them back to check to no avail. They are more concerned that I refused to pay bill since work was unsatisfactory than actually remedying situation. It became easier to pay them than to have them return to do more damage. Will call someone else that cares about their customers, and their workmanship.

Right Way plumbing came to our home to install a new toilet in our main bathroom. Before entering the house they put on booties, Very professional and went right to the job. Took less than an hour. Hourly charge was very fair. I would highly recommend them and would call on them if I need plumber in the future.
