Terrible owners!! The Korean woman at the front desk is rude, treats people bad and does not tell the truth. I have never stayed at such a nasty, dirty stinky hotel. The door to my room is a closet door with a locking door handle put on it. She truly needs to be shut down. Don't stay at this rat infested roach hole. They have a Bed bug problem, had to sleep with the lights on, the TV remote control does not change the volume, their is no fan in the bathroom, the shower had mildew on it. She charges way to much for a room that has no place to even hang up your clothes. What a terrible place and a terrible woman who owns it.

Inexpensive, clean but that's about it, mostly working people, but right across the street from the railroad tracks and the train runs three times a night on the plus side there's a legal pot store next door if you're interested

Prices aren't bad rooms are clean, my favorite thing is the amazing water pressure.. The shower is awesome.

For the price, my stay was actually pretty nice. I pictured a bunch of druggies running around 24/7, but that doesn't seem to be true any more with the motels in Skagit County (as far as I know.) Very affordable, quiet(for the most part) & clean.

I stayed at the Skagit Motel on Highway 20 recently, right outside of Sedro-woolley. The rates are very low, so I wasn't expecting anything too fancy, and it isn't. It was better than I expected though. It had an LCD TV, cable with HBO, wifi, a decent bathroom, hot water, a microwave, and a big fridge/freezer. The bed is acceptable and comfortable enough, but the sheets could be a little better, and the pillows are as cheap as possible. Other than that, I have no complaints considering the price. I would stay here again if I ever need another cheaply priced motel room.

Dirty rooms bed bugs roaches. People in office are not nice. Trying to run this like the run motel like the one in Seattle people coming in for a hour and then they reclean room and rerent

Over priced roach motel. Highway Robery. The place was disgusting. If I had anywhere else to go I would have. I doubt they do anything to keep th e place up. And yet charge barely below premium prices I used to like the cheep off the highway hotels. But because of who ownes them these days they just take advantage..

Management is rude and unprofessional. I told the woman on the phone when I called to make a reservation that I would need a pet room and also I would be staying for an extended amount of time and all was fine she assured me. After 1 week I go to pay another week and she tells me I can only have 2 more days cuz room was reserved for someone else and then took most of the money that would have bought me a week and paid for 2 nights. Only one who was decent of the asian family who runs motel is David. The maids and maintenance man were cool and my room and bathroom were clean. This place is way to expensive and doesn't even offer breakfast.

For the majority of the time, this is a really great place to stay. Friendly staff that are always helpful! Other than the degenerates that can cause ANY business to look bad, overall it's a pretty clean place.

It works in a pinch of everywhere else is full. House keeping didn't give us fresh toilet paper there are flies and other flying insects in unit
