  Dianne Nelson at Right Size Realty was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Buying a home in Mississippi (and doing it all remotely from California) might have been a nightmare, but thanks to Dianne, it was a wonderful experience. In addition to helping me find the right house, at my request, Dianne also referred me to a great mortgage lender, an interior decorator, a landscaper, and professional cleaners, etc. Dianne worked with me for almost a year. She showed me many houses, room by room, over FaceTime from the front door to the backyard. When I finally found “my house”, Dianne guided me with great care and expertise regarding my offer to ensure that I got that house which had many competitive offers and sold in less than 48 hours. She suggested several creative and unusual ways to make my offer more attractive, other than just offering more and more money. My situation has been unusual in several ways, but Dianne has never been flustered or impatient (despite my obsessive attention to detail). I believe I have just purchased my forever home, but if I ever do sell or buy again, you can be sure I will call Dianne Nelson. And I will refer her to everyone looking to buy a home in central Mississippi.
