The only reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars from me was because half the TV channels, including FOX, NBC, and CBS we're unavailable due to technical issues at the hotel with Dish Network equipment.
Otherwise, the rooms were great. The service was really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs.

Facility looks new but there are maintenance issues and staffing shortages. The bathroom above us leaked into our room. There was no full breakfast as other IHG motels because there was no morning cook. However, I was impressed that the over worked existing staff was very nice.

What a great stay. Very nice big rooms, fun little oval pool for the kids, and decent breakfast selection. Awesome cinnamon rolls. No complaints.

Our room was huge. The bed and floors seemed clean.
That's it for the positives.

Toilet dirty. I ended up cleaning it. There was no way the cleaner didn't see the excrement in it.
Shower rusty, paint peeling.
Centipede running around bathroom.

Fridge had no freezer compartment, was iced up.
No hot food for breakfast, and what was there was not fresh. The orange juice machine had a sign, saying that it had stevia in it.
No room refresh. Had to go to desk to get toilet paper.
TV a disaster. Very small channel selection, and picture kept freezing up.

Why didn't I complain? I called them 5 times, and no one picked up. I did the "chat", with IHG. Their advice? Call an 800 number, which also didn't pick up.
Avoid.

Beds were some of the most comfortable I've experienced at a hotel. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the smell inside the hotel hallways. It smells strongly of urine. On 2 floors 🤷‍♀️. Like the hallway floors need to be seriously shampooed. Staff was great. Room was clean. Fitness center was good sized. Just smells really bad in common areas.
