The front office staff is unpleasant. You have to wait indefinitely when you are on time for an appointment, but they will not accommodate you if you are a few minutes late. They will easily change your appointment to fit the doctor's schedule, but don't waste your time trying to get them to fit your schedule.

I highly recommend this office and Dr. Wright. I was treated kindly with compassion and respect. She is highly skilled and very concerned about you comfort and pain as well as a good result. I have to say that I am extremely happy that I found this office and look forward to referring all my family here and friends. You won't be disappointed in the care and treatment you receive here. If you are looking for a very bright and compassionate doctor who will listen to you and address and treat all your issues, you have stepped into the right office.

I felt heard by my provider and her staff! I had no issues making my appointment and had a short wait time to be seen. You have the ability to input all your information electronically prior to your appointment which is very helpful. The process of being referred for additional testing was made easy due to the front office staffs efficiency.

Dr Wright is one of the best ENT physicians I have ever worked with. She has excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and an amazing surgeon. Her staff is also very professional and kind and will make you feel like family. I would recommend anyone with Ear, Nose, Throat issues to see Dr Wright.

Dr. Wright and her staff are absolutely amazing! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. She is very thorough with her diagnosis and takes time with each patient. The staff is efficient and keeps everything flowing perfectly. I highly recommend visiting her for any ENT related issues.
