My mom passed away in September the day she passed Riemann picked her up from her house. They treated us (her family) with dignity and compassion from our first encounter with them. Throughout the planning and funeral they were the absolute best people to be handling everything. They still check on us to make sure we’re doing okay and if we need anything at all. I would highly recommend Riemann Funeral Home to take care of your loved ones!!!
Planning a funeral can be so difficult. Riemann Family Funeral Home made the experience easy. In the few days leading up to my sister’s passing, we couldn’t leave the house. Alan volunteered to come to my mom’s house so we could work on details. They were very helpful and thoughtful through each step. I’m so very thankful we used them for my sisters funeral. Their professionalism and kindness was above and beyond. They were a true blessing to my family during our time of need.
Riemann’s staff went above and beyond while taking care of our family’s handling of my uncle.
Jason made our arrangement meeting
Stress free and we were not pressured into buying anything that wasn’t included in my uncle’s prearrangement.
The staff that set up the grave had to remove my parents stone in order to access the grave, They promptly placed the stone back in it’s original position.
Our family Thanks Riemann’s for the professionalism shown during our time of need.
Riemann Family Funeral Home went above and beyond in their services for my husband Robert Brown. Every detail, any idea I had, and any and all questions were taken care of without hesitation. They never batted an eye when I told them his burial would be 130 miles away, they were more than happy to accommodate any wishes on his behalf. Ms. Karen personally sat with me and helped piece together an obituary. In such a sad time, when grief overcomes you, they stand beside you like family, hold your hand, and comfort you. They were with me each step of the way, walking me through the process. After all is said and done, they do not just forget you. They have reached out several times to ask how I am doing, do I need anything, even gave recommendations if I needed a support group or counseling. I cannot say enough good about this empathetic and caring group at Riemann. You are all so appreciated.
When my mother passed, I was the closest living relative and because no one wants to discuss death, there was no plan in place. I called Riemann and Mike responded immediately. He set an appointment to meet with me and led me through the whole process. They were very sensitive to my needs and were able to make suggestions that helped my family. I felt like I was dealing with close family instead of a business. if I had this to do all over again I would have met with them before it became an immediate need. And another piece of advice, ask your family members especially your mother or your father what their favorite song is. You will be glad you did it. Even if you don’t have a need for their service at this time I urge you to reach out to anyone on the staff, make an appointment and discuss these things ahead of time so you will not have any regrets like I did. The only thing that I do not regret, is contacting Riemann Family. Mike, James, Donna, Chad, David and Addison we’re wonderful. Mom would’ve been proud. She was so beautiful and peaceful for the viewing that it was almost as if she was smiling at me. Thank you to the Riemann family for taking care of my mom and most of all taking care of me and my family.
