Families of Veterans beware:
A Natural State Funeral Home in Jacksonville, AR should be renamed a Natural Disaster. They did not properly guide my family in making sure everything was taken care of for our Daddy. They didn't inform us of the amount of time needed to have Military Honors performed or the requirement of a DD214, specifically told us he had everything they needed. Our amazing children got a crash course and performed the honors ceremony for Daddy. The funeral home notified us that Daddy's cremains and Death Certificates we're ready to be picked up yesterday. They didn't even give me the certificates when I went to pick everything up. Now we learn they didn't even publish Daddy's obituary in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette as requested.
UNACCEPTABLE!!
