Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable in what they do. Beautiful showroom. Prices are comparable to competitors.
It’s been a genuine pleasure working with Jacob in service, David in parts and Rudy in sales. The team are so friendly, knowledgeable on the products they carry or even don’t will find it. They handled the insurance and adjuster headaches and made the repairs a smooth transition. We are super stoked to get our ride back once they finish it up.
It looks like you show your service techs but not your service advisers( people who check you in for the service department) I don't recognize any of those guys. Service was fast and exceptional. Great recommendations on my new tires, everything perfect!
Ride Now on 22nd in Tucson is very special from the moment you enter the door. You will meet a friendly and knowledgeable staff in every department. In the process of buying my new General I was very happy.
Sales was great when I got my bike a few years back , but services suck !!! I took my bike in to get the tires changed and normal services and that's when it all went down hill, after picking up my bike it started back firing then a few days later my bike just started dying when I would pull up to a street light. I spent over 600$ for all the services and when I called and complained about the service after taking my bike in 3 times a guy named luke said he was sorry that I felt like I got bad service and that I could always just go somewhere else. What great service that is after spending money there, I wont be going back there anymore !!! not even to buy another bike. Just to be clear as well my bike is very well taken care of at home and had less then 8000 miles so it's not like it is old and dying, and before taking it to them it never had any of those problems.
These guys are amazing! Good prices and excellent service. They got me into a bolt they custom built with no hassles and and were great to hang out with. Come see these guys and they will take care of you! Talk to Charlie and Jyse and they will take care of you for sure.
Ride Now on 22nd is a great store. I buy toys there all the time. Michael White is the guy to see. He is honest, and reliable. I always get a 5 star service at that place. Highly recommended. Will be going back for more toys this year. Great Job guys.
These dudes are the coolest sonsabitches! They took excellent care of me, got me out the door on an 883 and they even fed me while I was there. Cool cats. I appreciate everything they've done. If you need a bike, this is where you go. Period. Great finance options and reasonable pricing.
I just had a awesome purchase experience! Whiles deployed I worked with Gabe who took made my purchase hassle free. All my wife had to do is walk in sign and pay. When I get home I'll have a new bike waiting in my garage. The customer service that I experienced today is second to none. No one in Arizona could match the price that I paid today. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to Gabe at Powersports.
By far the best experience I've had at a ridenow. Told him I need the bike done ASAP. He took his own personal time to go back and look at my bike himself. He did everything in his power to get my bike ready. He even installed the battery himself. His name was not on the list but he was tall and wore glasses. He's under 21. To you sir I applaud your service
Excellent place to buy a bike! All staff were helpful, patient as I am a first timer. Kenny was my sales guy and he is low key but very knowledgeable. No one was aggressive in there sales tactics. Awesome overall experience. Kilton in parts was also very helpful with gear and extras and Brandon gave me a great deal.
Ride Now East is the best place to price match tires. Sometimes they cannot get the best price but it is often very close and they will still mount the tire when it comes in. They have a great selection of different new and used bikes and off road vehicles. Parts department is a little limited, but the essentials are there. Plenty of riding apparel.
Only issues I have had is sometimes (2 out of 10) employees are talking and not noticing, one time (out of 5) the tire was mounted backwards, and the service department will not work on BMW motorcycles.
Finally I like any of the Ride Now Events that they have. They are good times to chat and visit.
Working with Johnny on choosing my first bike and Maverick with the paperwork for purchasing it was much easier and less pressured than I've had while shopping for any other vehicles. They were always helpful over the phone and in person. Communication was much more limited after the purchase was made (getting plates, delivery, etc) but still fairly timely. It also made things easy to have everything in one place: good parts dept, apparel, and a safety course held in-house.
