Kimberlin Frank as the owner of Ricks' Glass Company We value our customers opinions and appreciate your feedback. We are not a detail car wash company but do try to clean up behind ourselves with the mess we make while replacing everyone's windshields. Customers who Have lots of belongs in their car such as yourself, make it hard for us to do our basic vacuum cleanup and get everything. We do not like to touch your belongings and take them out of your car or move them around any different than you left them. People would make too many accusations that we had gone through their belongings if we did. I hope you will be back to see us in the future for all your glass needs and refer us to all of your friends! Thank you for your review and we will strive to provide even better customer service!

Excellent work repairing a chip in my windshield caused for a rock on the interstate. Kept me from having to replace the entire windshield. Fast, friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

They replaced my back windshield within 24 hours- which was fantastic.

They also left a great deal of glass sitting in the back of my car and told me it was the best they could do considering I had things in the back of my car. (I'll keep that in mind the next time I plan on someone busting my windshield)
