This was my first time and my experience was not a great one. I experienced ingrown hairs as well as bumps never had this happen before and I've been waxing for years. I called and was told after the fact that I should have used aloe and witch hazel. I shouldhave taken that trip to Atlanta to "The Brazilian Wax"

I usually don't have a problem with the wax strip but I went there 2 weeks ago before my vacation and my hair started growing back after 3 days and I had some bumps from in grown hairs . I went there to see what could be done and they basically told me it was nothing that could be done. Because it was 15 since my appointment I'm not sure if my hair was pulled from the wrong directions when waxing or what (I usually go to lensey who I love but she wasn't there when I went ) but I've never had hair grow back this fast and I've been a customer for over 2 years . I'm really disappointed and I will not be returning 😔
