Just purchased a Hustler mower from Bragg's motor service my family has been doing business with them for over 35 years excellent service family owned and operated always been very helpful.

Turned away my business because the motor wasn't the type of Briggs and Stratton motor they wanted to work on. Its a shame considering they are the only certified Briggs and Stratton service place in the area.

The guy wasn't willing to help me find what I needed and he literally told me he was too busy and didn't have time to help me look for a part I needed or give me any insight into my fix. However, Durden Rental down the street took the time to search for a part I needed and even though I bought it and it didn't fit they were helpful in giving me a full refund and even offered to order the part I needed. Just save yourself the hassle and the second hand smoke and go down the street to Durden for your small engine needs.
